    摘要: The invention was made to provide a light source unit which can enhance the utilization efficiency of the dichroic prism which emits light that is emitted from a plurality of light sources in a direction which is parallel to an optical axis and a projector which employs the light source. The light source unit has a first light source, a second light source and a third light source which have different colors and includes a substantially cubical dichroic prism which combines light from the respective light sources for emission thereof. One of surfaces which intersect an optical axis of the dichroic prism is made to constitute a first incident surface, a surface which faces the first incident surface is made to constitute an emitting surface, and side surfaces are made to constitute a second incident surface and a third incident surface, respectively. The first light source is disposed in the vicinity of the first incident surface, the second light source is disposed in the vicinity of the second incident surface, and the third light source is disposed in the vicinity of the third incident surface, and the first incident surface, the second incident surface and the third incident surface are made up of filters which let light from the first light source, the second light source and the third light source pass through and reflect light of all other colors.

    摘要: The infrared reflective device includes infrared reflective members which reflect infrared rays. The infrared reflective members include colloidal particles arranged at regular spacing, and a filler material intervening in the spaces between the colloidal particles. The difference between the refractive index of the colloidal particles and the refractive index of the filler material is set so as to be 0.05 or less in the visible light region and 0.1 or above in the infrared region, whereby visible light is transmitted while infrared rays are reflected.

    摘要: Disclosed is a structure which is able to supply oil to engagement parts of transmission gears mutually rotatably mounted on a transmission shaft inside a transmission case for a vehicle, even when the vehicle tilts during its run. The transmission shaft in the transmission case, has an oil passage which penetrates through its length axially and communicates with the engagement parts of the transmission gears fluidically, where the transmission shaft extends in a direction of width of the vehicle. Both ends of the oil passage of the transmission shaft fluidically communicate with oil intake passages which extend upwards and open inside the transmission case so as to capture the oil inside the transmission case.
