Abstract:
One embodiment of the present specification provides a method of attempting network access by user equipment (UE). The method comprises the steps of: acquiring, from an upper layer, information related to an application attempting network access when an application specific congestion control for data communication (ACDC) is configured; determining an ACDC category on the basis of the acquired information related to an application; and performing an ACDC test on the basis of the determined ACDC category, wherein a network access trial can be barred or allowed for each application according to the ACDC test.

One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for supporting early data transmission (EDT) by a base station. The method may comprise a step of receiving a first message from a mobility management entity (MME). A first NAS message may include downlink data. The method may further comprise a step of confirming that there is no additional data other than the downlink data, on the basis of reception of the first NAS message.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for service data adaptation protocol (SDAP) reconfiguration based on state transition in sidelink communication is provided. A first wireless device receives, from a network in a connected state, information on quality of service (QoS) flow to data radio bearer (DRB) mapping, and upon leaving the connected state, keeps using the QoS flow to DRB mapping for a time duration until a new QoS flow to DRB mapping is used.
Abstract:
The present specification provides a method for performing a radio link failure (RLF) recovery procedure in a wireless communication system. The method performed by a first user equipment (UE) includes, wherein the first UE is connected to a base station via a UE-to-UMTS (Uu) link and is connected to a second UE via a sidelink, determining a path for performing the RLF recovery procedure when a RLF is detected on the Uu link, and performing an RRC connection re-establishment procedure in order to recover the RLF through the determined path.
Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for supporting a user equipment (UE) handover of a target (T)-access and mobility management function (AMF) in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving a UE context creation request message from a source (S)-AMF, wherein the UE context creation request message includes packet data unit (PDU) session identifiers (ID) as a handover target and single (S)-network slice selection assistance information (NSSAI) corresponding to each PDU session ID; determining whether the corresponding S-NSSAI is valid in the T-AMF; and sending, to a session management function (SMF), a PDU session update session management (SM) context request message only for a PDU session ID that corresponds to the S-NSSAI determined to be valid according to the determination result, out of the PDU session IDs.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to mobility management in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving mobility commands of candidate cells, mobility conditions for the candidate cells, and information for a timer; determining a first target cell among the candidate cells which satisfies a mobility condition for the first target cell; after determining the first target cell, determining a second target cell among the candidate cells which satisfies a mobility condition for the second target cell while the timer is running, wherein a priority of the second target cell is higher than a priority of the first target cell; and performing a mobility to the second target cell based on a mobility command of the second target cell.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to method and apparatus for resource allocation in wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a first wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a second first wireless device, a first message comprising information for requesting a resource allocation to the second wireless device; transmitting, to a network, a second message comprising a resource request for the second wireless device, the resource request comprising the information and an identifier (ID) of the second wireless device allocated by the first wireless device; receiving, from the network, a third message comprising a resource configuration for the second wireless device, the resource configuration comprising information for a resource for the second wireless device related to the resource request, and the ID of the second wireless device; and transmitting, to the second wireless device, a fourth message comprising the resource configuration related to the ID of the second wireless device.
Abstract:
A method for performing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system and a device for same are disclosed. Particularly, a method for a user equipment (UE) performing V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving from an upper layer a request for transmitting a V2X message; requesting radio resources, for V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface, to a base station or selecting radio resources for V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface; and performing transmission of V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, wherein, if a UE has emergency packet data network (PDN) connection, an indication, indicating that transmission by means of the emergency PDN connection is a higher priority than the V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, can be transmitted from the upper layer.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for reselecting Tx carrier for sidelink transmission in wireless communication system is provided. The method, by a UE, may include selecting a first carrier upon which the wireless device performs first sidelink transmission based on the first carrier to a target wireless device, detecting a number of retransmissions unacknowledged on the first carrier, and performing second sidelink transmission to the target wireless device based on a second carrier different from the first carrier.
