    Abstract: A vehicle control device includes a drive source for generating torque as driving force that causes a vehicle to travel, a drive source control mechanism for controlling the torque generation by the drive source, a driving force transmission mechanism for transmitting the torque to vehicle wheels, an engageable element provided in the transmission mechanism, and a processor configured to execute an engagement state change control in which an engagement state of the engageable element is changed, a vehicle attitude controlling module for controlling attitude of the vehicle by driving the drive source control mechanism to reduce the torque so as to decelerate the vehicle, when a condition is satisfied, the condition being that the vehicle is traveling and a steering angle related value increases, and an engagement state change restricting module for restricting the execution of the engagement state change control while the vehicle attitude control is executed.

    Abstract: The vehicle driving force control device comprises: a behavior control mechanism for reducing a driving force of an engine according to a steering speed; a driving force distribution mechanism for distributing the driving force of the engine to rear road wheels; and an ECU for controlling the mechanisms. The behavior control mechanism reduces the driving force by a target torque reduction amount set based on the steering speed, to thereby generate a deceleration, and the driving force distribution mechanism distributes the driving force to the front road wheels and the rear road wheels based on a distribution rate set for the rear road wheels depending on a traveling state, and the ECU corrects the distribution rate based on the target torque reduction amount during cornering of the vehicle.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a vehicle control device which is applied to a vehicle equipped with an engine (10) and an engine torque adjustment mechanism for adjusting an engine torque. The control device comprises a PCM (50) configured, upon satisfaction of a condition that the vehicle is traveling and a steering angle-related value relevant to a steering angle of a steering device is increasing, to control the engine torque adjustment mechanism to reduce the engine torque, so as to execute a vehicle attitude control for generating vehicle deceleration. The PCM (50) is configured, upon satisfaction of a vehicle attitude control-terminating condition for terminating the vehicle attitude control, to control the engine torque adjustment mechanism to restore the engine torque to an original level of torque before the execution of the vehicle attitude control. The PCM (50) is further configured to gradually ease the vehicle attitude control-terminating condition, as the number of times of combustion per unit time in the engine (10) becomes smaller.

    Abstract: A vehicle behavior control device for controlling a vehicle equipped with a steering apparatus comprises: a PCM operable to acquire a steering speed in the steering apparatus, and, when the steering speed becomes equal to or greater than a given threshold (TS1) which is greater than 0, to reduce a driving force for the vehicle according to the steering speed, wherein the steering apparatus comprises a steering shaft coupled to the steering wheel and rotatable together with the steering wheel, wherein the steering shaft has a torsion bar whose torsional rigidity about a rotational axis of the steering shaft is less than a remaining portion of the steering shaft. The steering speed acquisition section is configured to acquire the steering speed of the steering apparatus at a position on the side of the front road wheels with respect to the low rigidity portion.

    Abstract: A vehicle driving system that can suppress a difference in effect of vehicle attitude control between the cases where a friction braking force is applied and not applied, is provided. The system includes a rotating electric machine, a battery, a steering apparatus, a steering angle sensor, a brake actuator that applies a friction braking force, a friction braking force sensor, and a controller that sets a deceleration torque based on a steering speed detected by the steering angle sensor and controls the rotating electric machine to apply the deceleration torque to a front wheel of the vehicle, thereby executing a vehicle attitude control. When the friction braking force is applied to the wheels by the brake actuator during the vehicle attitude control, if the friction braking force is large, the controller corrects the deceleration torque to a larger value than when the friction braking force is small.

    Abstract: A hybrid vehicle system is configured to be capable of switching among four or more of a plurality of traveling modes including a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) mode and an electric vehicle (EV) mode, and includes one toggle switch for selecting any one of the plurality of traveling modes and a controller. The controller selects the plurality of traveling modes in sequence whenever the toggle switch accepts each of operations to a first direction and a second direction.     Abstract: In a control method for a vehicle and a vehicle controller that add deceleration to a vehicle so as to control a vehicle posture when a turning operation of a steering system is performed, the deceleration is appropriately set on the basis of an operation of a single pedal. The control method for the vehicle includes: a step of adding the deceleration that corresponds to an accelerator pedal depression amount to a vehicle 1 when the accelerator pedal depression amount is smaller than a specified value A1 that is larger than 0; a step of determining whether the turning operation of the steering system is performed on the basis of a steering angle detected by a steering angle sensor 8; a step of adding the deceleration to the vehicle 1 so as to control the vehicle posture when it is determined that the turning operation of the steering system is performed; and a step of setting the deceleration added to the vehicle to a smaller value when the accelerator pedal depression amount is smaller than the specified value and is a first value than when the accelerator pedal depression amount is smaller than the specified value and is a second value (>the first value).
