摘要： An ion implanting apparatus is provided, which can accurately measure a quantity of atoms that are implanted. The ion implanting apparatus according to the present invention has an object to be measured, and the object to be measured is arranged in an irradiating range in which ions are irradiated. When atoms are implanted into an object to be processed by irradiating ions of a processing gas and neutralized particles thereof, the object to be measured is heated through the irradiation with the processing gas ions and the neutralized particles. A control unit determines a quantity of the atoms that are implanted into the object to be processed from the temperature of the object to be measured.

摘要： A communication device including a receiving unit, a command processing unit, an updating unit, a transmitting unit, and a selector is provided. The receiving unit receives a transmitted command. The command processing unit performs command processing in response to the received command and generates a response containing a result of the command processing. The updating unit updates information held in one area of a memory currently disabled using the result of the command processing, wherein a first area and a second area form the memory for holding information indicating a current status. The transmitting unit transmits the generated response. The selector switches the one area currently disabled and holds the information that was updated using the result of the command processing into the enabled state and the other area currently enabled into the disabled state immediately after transmission of the response is completed.

In the wireless receiving apparatus (100), when a receiving antenna (110-1) and a down-converter (130) are connected with a multiplexer (120) therebetween, a capacity control unit (190-2) controls the capacity value of the capacity-variable parasitic element (180-2) connected to the receiving antenna (110-2) such that the communication capacity of the receiving antenna (110-1) is maximum. Furthermore, when the receiving antenna (110-2) and the down-converter (130) are connected with the multiplexer (120) therebetween, the capacity control unit (190-1) controls the capacity value of the capacity-variable parasitic element (180-1) connected to the receiving antenna (110-1) such that the communication capacity of the receiving antenna (110-2) is maximum.

In the distortion-correcting receiver (100), the reception processing unit (110) executes reception processing of the input signal and outputs a received signal. A replica signal generation unit (120) generates a replica signal of the inter-modulation distortion component of the input signal by use of the input signal. A correction signal generation unit (130) comprises a frequency property imparting unit (131) and a weighting unit (132), adjusts the frequency property and the gain of the replica signal, and generates a correction signal. A correction signal injection unit (140) adds the reverse-phase signal of the correction signal to the received signal to correct the received signal.

摘要： A manufacturing method of a magnetic recording medium includes: forming a magnetic film having an artificial lattice structure by laminating plural types of atomic layers alternately on a substrate; and separating dots, which forms a dot separation band by implanting an ion, to reduce saturation magnetization locally, into portions of the magnetic film other than plural portions of the magnetic film. Each of the plural portions is made into a magnetic dot in which information is to be magnetically recorded. The saturation magnetization of the dot separation band is smaller than that of the magnetic dot.
