Abstract:
A semiconductor package is disclosed having a single CE signal during electrical test and a plurality of CE signals during normal operation thereafter. After electrical testing of the memory die during fabrication, the electrical traces carrying the single CE signal from the memory test pad matrix to each of the memory die may be severed. Severing the electrical traces from the memory test pad matrix electrically isolates the multiple electrical traces between the controller die and memory die, and allows separate and individual CE signals between the controller die and memory die during normal usage of the memory die.
Abstract:
This marketing method has a seller or party affiliated with the seller motivate at least one consumer or at least one other business (seller, company) to store or allow someone else to store the seller's contact information into a possession of theirs. The motivation for the consumer or other sellers for having the seller's contact information stored into a possession(s) of theirs would typically be some form of compensation such as money, but could be other things. Typically when the consumer stores the seller's contact information it will become readily available to him/her for extended periods of time and in many places increasing the likelihood that he/she will do business with the seller because of the ease at which the seller's contact information would be obtained.
Abstract:
A sensor assembly (14) for sensing an impact to a vehicle (10) includes a light source (34) for emitting light and a sensing channel (40) for receiving the emitted light. The sensing channel (40) is configured to deform in response to an impact to the vehicle (10) and includes at least one void (70) with dimensions that vary in response to deformation of the sensing channel (40). A detector (36) senses an intensity of the light propagating through the sensing channel (40) and provides a signal indicative of the sensed intensity. The sensed intensity varies as a function of the dimensions of the at least one void (70). The sensor assembly (14) also includes a controller (94) for analyzing the signal from the detector (36) to determine whether the sensing channel (40) has been deformed and thereby, whether an impact to the vehicle (10) has occurred.
Abstract:
An acoustic insulation blanket for a dishwasher has a head portion, a pair of wing portions, one on either side of the head portion, and a tail portion defined by V-shaped notches cut from the wing portions, the head portion being shaped to cover a top surface of the dishwasher, the tail portion being adapted to cover a portion of the rear surface of the dishwasher, and the wing portions being adapted to cover the right and left sides of the dishwasher and having wing tips adapted to be folded around the rear edges of the dishwasher and to be overlapped on the rear surface of the dishwasher.
Abstract:
A method and system for managing complex projects uses a framework having workflow maps containing activity blocks that provide detailed, easily accessible information within the framework about the project. The framework links functional groups, their associated activities, and the dependences between activities. Images of the workflow maps are converted into an interactive interface by linking location information associated with objects in the workflow map with their associated data in the database. Selecting a given object in the workflow map retrieves the data associated with the location of the selected object. Implementing the framework as a web-based application allows easy access to the framework as well as data entered into the framework for future analysis.
Abstract:
Present day wire knitting machines are used to make wire mesh used in the manufacture of filters for airbag assemblies, catalytic converter seals, mechanical dampers, and the like, but are unable to knit large diameter wire, especially wire having a diameter greater than 0.025 inches. Provided herein is a looped wire made by wrapping the wire around a mandrel in multiplie layers and then pressed to flatten the loops. Thereafter, the flattened loop is formed using the same processes suitable for forming wire mesh into such articles.
Abstract:
An integrated zoning circulator includes a priority controller, integral with the zoning circulator, for determining the priority given to the circulator in an individual zone of a multi-zone hydronic system. The zoning circulator also includes a priority circulator system for a multi-zone hydronic system having a zoning circulator at each zone, a plurality of control boxes each having a thermostat, one control box being associated with each circulator, and, a plurality of priority controllers, one priority controller being associated with each control box. Each priority controller, when activated, functions to assure that when the associated thermostat calls for the circulator to operate, other circulators in non-priority mode are prevented from operating simultaneously.
