The high-pressure relief valve is provided with a first shim. The low-pressure relief valve in use for a suction region opens when the pressure of gas in the suction region is more than a second predetermined pressure which is lower than the first predetermined pressure. The low-pressure relief valve is provided with a second shim. The high-pressure relief valve and the low-pressure relief valve have similar structure to each other.

    摘要: The number of seal members relating to a gas flow control valve can be reduced. A displacement control valve 25 is attached to a fixed coupling surface 193 on the outer wall surface of a rear housing 19. A gasket 45 is interposed between end surfaces 362 and 414 of the displacement control valve 25 side and a coupling surface 193. A sealing elastic layer 452 of the gasket 45 is in close contact with the end surfaces 362 and 414, and a sealing elastic layer 453 is in close contact with the coupling surface 193. A pressure supply passage 30 and a gas passage 413 are communicated with each other via a communication port 454 on the gasket 45. A pressure supply passage 31 is communicated with an insertion recess 33 that is communicated with a valve port 431.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to offer an electric type swash plate compressor which is compact and reduced in weight and lightened, and which can efficiently cool down a motor chamber and a crank chamber. The compressor has an electric motor and a swash plate, which are respectively accommodated in the motor chamber and the crank chamber. In the compressor a communication route, which communicates a part except the discharge chamber communicating with an external refrigerant circuit in an inner refrigerant circuit within an outer casing with the motor chamber, is formed. The communication route is formed so as to pass through the crank chamber, and the refrigerant in lower temperature and lower pressure than discharge refrigerant is supplied into the motor chamber and the crank chamber. Accordingly, the improvement of cooling efficiency and the reduction of pressure resisting strength of the casing can be performed.

    摘要: An improved scroll compressor having a movable scroll that orbits without being inclined. The compressor has a fixed scroll formed in the housing. The movable scroll is accommodated in the housing and mates with the fixed scroll. The movable scroll is driven by a drive shaft via a crank mechanism. A flange is formed at the periphery of the movable scroll and lies perpendicular to the drive shaft. A groove is formed in the housing. The groove is slightly wider than the thickness of the flange. The flange is slidably accommodated in the groove. Support holes extend in the housing. A pin is supported in each support hole. The ends of each pin are received in guide holes through the flange. Since engagement of the flange and the groove prevents the movable scroll from being inclined, the pin is maintained parallel to the guide holes and follows the wall of the guide holes. As a result, uneven wear of the pins and the guide holes is avoided.

    摘要: An improved air conditioning system that cools or heats air very rapidly after being started. The system includes a main heater and a cooler which also functions as an auxially heater. The cooler includes a variable displacement compressor for compressing refrigerant gas. The compressor has a crank chamber and a discharge chamber. A crank mechanism is accommodated in the crank chamber. Compressed refrigerant gas is supplied to an external refrigerant circuit via the discharge chamber. The discharge chamber is connected to the external refrigerant circuit by a passage. A throttle valve is located in the passage. The throttle valve closes the passage immediately after the compressor is started, which quickly increases the pressure of the discharge chamber. As a result, the displacement of the compressor is increased quickly, and rapid heating or cooling results.
