摘要: A programming device programs a machining control program to be used on a numerical control device for machining an object. A setting unit sets an axial direction of the tool with respect to the data on the machining-target area and sets a deepest position of a tip of the tool with respect to the data on the machining-target area. An extracting unit extracts a surface-machining-target area of the object from the data on the machining-target area based on the set axial direction of the tool, the set deepest position of the tip, and the data on the machining-target area.

摘要: To suppress the magnetizing inrush current occurring when supplying power of three phases of the transformer are performed simultaneously using three single-phase circuit breakers or a non-phase segregated operation-type circuit breaker, without providing a circuit breaker with a resistor or other equipment. A magnetizing inrush current suppression method for transformer suppresses a magnetizing inrush current occurring at the start of energizing of a three-phase transformer 300, when a three-phase power supply 100 is input to a terminal of each phase by means of a three-phase circuit breaker 200. In the method, by integrating phase voltages or line-to-line voltages on the primary side or the secondary side or the tertiary side when three-phase AC voltages are applied in a steady state to the transformer 300, steady-state magnetic flux 4, 5, 6 for each phase of the transformer is calculated, and the polarity and magnitude of the residual magnetic flux 7, 8, 9 of each phase of the transformer after the circuit breaker 200 shuts off the transformer are calculated, and the three-phase circuit breaker is caused to close simultaneously in a region 13 in which three phases overlap, each of the three phases having the polarity of the steady-state magnetic flux 4, 5, 6 equal to the polarity of the residual magnetic flux 7, 8, 9 for each phase of the transformer.

摘要: A numerical control system improves safety when asynchronously operating systems are operated as a single control unit. A machine control system outputs a command generated by interpreting a program with a command number assigned thereto, sends it to a collision detection system, and receives check result data therefrom, whereby when the number of commands for which check result data are obtained is more than or equal to a preset second threshold, a command number assigned to the check result data is output when it is determined that there is no probability of collision. When the result of a check on the probability of collision for a command received from a linkage data sending and receiving section is returned, the collision detection system returns check result data to the linkage data sending and receiving section by assigning a command number given to the checked command to the check result data.

摘要: A plasma display panel is provided in which discharge connection in the column direction is prevented without increasing the number of man-hours in a formation process of a partition and without deteriorating ventilation for an exhaust process. A pattern in a plan view of a partition is made a mesh pattern in which vertical patterns are included at inter-row positions in each column. Each of first vertical walls is positioned at a boundary between columns, each of second vertical walls is arranged at a position away from a boundary between columns for each boundary between rows and each of horizontal walls is positioned at a boundary between rows. In the partition, a height of portions where the first vertical wall crosses the horizontal wall and a height of portions where the second vertical wall crosses the horizontal wall are smaller than a height of the other portions of the partition.

摘要: Apparatus that prevents the end of a tube that covers a band of a headphone apparatus from being exposed and that, when a cord for transferring an audio signal or the like passes through the tube covering the band, prevents the cord from becoming wound around the band. A headphone apparatus is equipped with a band that is connected to left and right housings to which drivers are directly or indirectly attached and a tube that covers the band and is constructed so that a through-hole, into which the band and tube are inserted, is formed in each of the housings. The headphone apparatus includes fixing members that are inserted into ends of the tube that have been inserted into the through-holes and press the ends of the band against the through-holes. Also, the tube covering the band is constructed so that an internal space is partitioned in a lengthwise direction into two spaces.
