Abstract: In embodiments of systems and methods for synchronous content presentation, an Edge server device may receive a decryption key for an encrypted content segment that is or will be delivered to a plurality of wireless devices over the wireless communication network, and may send the decryption key to the plurality of wireless devices after the encrypted content segment has been received by the plurality of wireless devices in a manner that enables the plurality of wireless devices to decrypt the encrypted content segment approximately simultaneously. A wireless device may receive, and optionally temporarily store, the encrypted content segment from the wireless communication network, receive the decryption key from the Edge server device after receiving the encrypted content segment, and decrypt the stored encrypted content segment using the received decryption key.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for processing media content. For example, a process can include using a scene description for to obtain media information and buffer information for a media object. The media information can identify an expected format for storing the media object in one or more output buffers of a media pipeline. The buffer information can include output buffer attributes. The process can include using the media information and the buffer information to initialize the media pipeline for the media object. The process can include obtaining the media object in a delivery format and generating one or more processed media objects. Each processed media object can be converted from the delivery format to the expected format for storing the processed media object in an output buffer. The process can include outputting the processed media object(s) to the output buffer(s) using the initialized media pipeline.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, by an edge enabler client of the UE, to trigger generation of a shadow application context to support an application that is associated with an application context and that is served by an edge network device. The UE may determine, by the edge enabler client, to transfer support of the application from the application context to the shadow application context, and transfer, by the edge enabler client, support of the application from the application context to the shadow application context. In some aspects, an application context may be transferred between a UE and an edge network directly, without the shadow application context. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and apparatus for graphics processing. Aspects of the present disclosure can determine at least one split API for a user device and a server. Further, aspects of the present disclosure can establish a communication interface between the user device and the server based on the split API. Additionally, aspects of the present disclosure can communicate between the user device and the server based on the communication interface and the split API. In some aspects, the present disclosure can implement the at least one split API on at least one of the user device or the server. Aspects of the present disclosure can also divide at least one application workload between the user device and the server based on the at least one split API. Moreover, aspects of the present disclosure can encode or decode application information at the user device or the server.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a system, method, and apparatus for providing multimedia broadcast and multicast service (MBMS) operations in a wireless communication system. In some aspects of the present disclosure, the system, method and apparatus may provide flexibility for an application server to select one or more MBMS service delivery functionalities supported by a network device for transmission of multimedia content to a mobile device. The MBMS service delivery functionalities selected by the application server may be a subset of a plurality of MBMS service delivery functionalities supported by the network device.

Abstract: Various aspects include methods for facilitating digital rights management (DRM) within an electronic device. Various aspect methods may include receiving a first broadcast message, storing a DRM license object extracted from the DRM license-related message, receiving a DRM license request message generated by a content decryption module (CDM) of the electronic device, determining that the DRM license object is associated with the encrypted content received by the electronic device during the broadcast content session based on the identification information included in the DRM license request message received from the CDM of the electronic device, and sending the DRM license object to the CDM of the electronic device. The first broadcast message may be a DRM license-related message generated by a broadcast server. The DRM license request message may include identifier information associated with encrypted content received by the electronic device during a broadcast content session.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices of the various embodiments enable objects associated with a service available in a MBMS network to be delivered through more than one delivery method or context. In various embodiments, an application service document may map objects of a service to their respective delivery methods or contexts. In an embodiment, an application service document may also identify service area restrictions applicable to an object. In an embodiment, an application service document may further identify group restrictions applicable to an object. In a further embodiment, the application service document may identify identical and alternative objects that are available.
