Abstract: Techniques and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration from a network entity for multiplexing a reference signal with a data signal in time and in frequency or for multiplexing the reference signal in a Doppler domain. The UE may receive an assignment of multiple time-frequency resources from the network entity for transmission of the reference signal. The UE may multiplex the reference signal across the assigned time-frequency resources in accordance with the received configuration. The UE may transmit the multiplexed reference signal to the network entity.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may operate by asynchronously transmitting code division multiple access (CDMA) uplink signals to a network entity. The UE may transmit the CDMA signals via an uplink channel that may be shared with orthogonal frequency multiplexing (OFDM) signaling transmitted by one or more other UEs. The UE may indicate to the network entity a capability for communicating with CDMA waveforms and may use CDMA waveforms based on transmitting the indication. The UE may also receive one or more parameters associated with using the CDMA waveforms, and may use CDMA waveforms based on the one or more parameters. The uplink channel may be a random access channel (RACH) and may support RACH transmissions, or may be a data channel and support data transmissions.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) sends an indication supported combinations of sounding reference signal (SRS) resources, unsupported combinations of SRS resources, or compatible SRS resources to a base station. The base station selects one or more SRS resources for the UE from the SRS resources that are supported by the UE or are compatible for the UE. In some examples, the UE receives a configuration from the base station for multiple SRS resource sets. After configuring the UE with multiple SRS resource sets, the base station selects one of the SRS resources sets, and may indicate the selected SRS resource set to the UE. The UE transmits a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to the base station using SRS resources from the selected SRS resource set.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating a time domain window (TDW) configuration including a start time of a TDW and a length of the TDW, where the TDW is a duration over which a network entity is scheduled to perform joint channel estimation. The UE may receive a timing advance (TA) command during the TDW indicating a TA value to apply to signaling. Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a request to provide an enhanced positioning measurement report comprising a positioning measurement and further comprising a report of components of a channel power delay profile (PDP), a report of a probability distribution of times of arrival (ToA), or both. The UE may determine an enhanced measurement period required by the UE to perform the enhanced positioning measurement, wherein the enhanced measurement period is longer than a standard measurement period required by the UE to perform a non-enhanced positioning measurement. The UE may perform the enhanced positioning measurement using the enhanced measurement period. The UE may provide the enhanced positioning measurement report to the network entity.

Abstract: A muting configuration for downlink positioning reference signals (PRS) is based on the slot type in which the PRS is transmitted. A slot type muting configuration mutes PRS if the PRS are transmitted in a full duplex slot, such as an in-band full duplex slot. If the PRS are transmitted in a sub-band full duplex slot, the PRS may be muted depending on whether the base station is capable of self-interference cancellation. The slot type muting configuration does not mute the PRS transmission in a half-duplex slot. The slot type muting configuration may be dynamic and may be provided to a user equipment (UE) in lower layer signaling to improve latency. The slot type muting configuration may be combined with other types of muting configurations, such as inter-instance muting, intra-instance muting, and intra-slot muting, e.g., using a logic function to combine the configurations.
