    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing transmit power control. In one aspect, a wireless device may receive a message including a path loss value and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power associated with the received path loss value. In another aspect, a wireless device may receive a reference signal, and a message including an offset value, and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power including a downlink path loss value associated with the reference signal minus the offset value. In another aspect, a base station may obtain a power measurement of a signal from a wireless device and may send to the wireless device a path loss value associated with the received power measurement, or an offset value associated with the received power measurement.

    Abstract: Aspects for enhanced logical channel prioritization mapping procedures and restrictions are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of SRS configurations associated with the logical channel; receiving, by the UE, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance and an SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance; and selecting, by the UE, the logical channel to use resources of the uplink grant instance based in part on the set of SRS configurations and the SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating using power control parameters for multiple transmitter receiver point (mTRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a sounding reference signal (SRS) configuration indicating at least a first SRS resource set and at least a second SRS resource set, receiving downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a first set of one or more PUSCH repetitions to a first TRP and a second set of one or more PUSCH repetitions to a second TRP, and transmitting the first and second sets of PUSCH repetitions using at least one of a first set of default power control parameters or a second set of default power control parameters.
