Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that multiple physical uplink channels scheduled for the UE overlap. The multiple physical uplink channels may include a first physical uplink channel and a second physical uplink channel that are associated with different priority levels. The UE may transmit at least one of the first physical uplink channel or the second physical uplink channel according to a prioritization or a multiplexing of the first physical uplink channel and the second physical uplink channel. The prioritization or the multiplexing is based at least in part on whether the UE is enabled to perform simultaneous physical uplink control channel and physical uplink shared channel transmissions. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) receiving a first transmission scheduling resources for a second transmission having a first priority. The UE may determine that one or more symbols of the second transmission are to be unused due to receipt of a cancellation indication or due to identifying a conflict, for example, with higher priority resources. Based on determining that the symbols are to be unused, the UE may determine that the base station will not reschedule the unused resources for another transmission, for example, having the first priority. The UE and the base station may communicate based on the determination.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to support codebook construction for enhanced hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to support a first type of HARQ feedback and a second type of HARQ feedback that includes additional information relative to the first type. A base station may transmit multiple downlink transmissions to the UE, where a first set of the downlink transmissions may be associated with the first type of HARQ feedback and a second set of the downlink transmissions may be associated with the second type of HARQ feedback. The UE may attempt to decode the downlink transmissions and may generate respective feedback for the downlink transmissions. The UE may construct a single HARQ codebook to multiplex the different types of HARQ feedback for the downlink transmissions and may transmit the HARQ codebook to the base station.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to communicating uplink control information. In an aspect, a first device receives from a second device configuration information including an indication to transmit uplink control information via a primary component carrier (PCC) or a given secondary component carrier (SCC) of at least one SCC in a slot. The first device also receives from the second device mapping information indicating an enabled spatial relation information configured for the PCC or the given SCC for transmitting the uplink control information. Thereafter, the first device identifies the enabled spatial relation information from the mapping information and transmits to the second device the uplink control information on the PCC or the given SCC in the slot based on the indication included in the configuration information, the enabled spatial relation information, and an uplink resource mapped to the enabled spatial relation information.

The UE may identify a configuration for one or more repetitions of an uplink control channel transmission, where each repetition of the one or more repetitions including a first quantity of symbols. The UE may then identify that a second quantity of symbols is available to the UE to transmit a repetition of the one or more repetitions, and the second quantity of symbols may be less than the first quantity of symbols indicated by the configuration. The UE may transmit, to a base station, the repetition on the using the power level.

A user equipment (UE) configured for a periodic channel stat information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration may request an update for one or more parameters of the periodic CSI-RS configuration. For example, the UE may transmit request to a base station for a longer periodicity based on detecting a low Doppler scenario or little variance to wireless channel conditions, or the UE may request a shorter periodicity based on detecting a high Doppler scenario or high variance to wireless channel conditions. The base station may update a configuration for CSI or for CSI-RS based on the request. For example, the base station may update a periodicity for the periodic CSI-RS configuration based on the requested periodicity.
