Abstract: Methods, computer programs products, and apparatuses for SPS reactivation are provided. An example method at a UE includes receiving, from a base station, a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) reactivation downlink control information (DCI). The example method further includes receiving, from the base station, a second SPS reactivation DCI. The example method further includes transmitting, to the base station, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback separately indicating detection of the received first SPS reactivation DCI and the received second SPS reactivation DCI.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for resolving collisions between deferred uplink transmissions based on priority. A user equipment (UE) receives a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration including an indication of resources for acknowledgment (ACK) reporting as uplink control information (UCI), the first SPS configuration indicating a first priority level. The UE receives a second signaling indicating a second priority level for a second transmission, the second priority level being higher than the first priority level. The UE defers a first UCI transmission according to the first SPS configuration during one or more downlink slots to a first uplink capable slot. The first UCI transmission in the first uplink capable slot collides with the second transmission. The UE transmits the second transmission in the first uplink capable slot based on the second priority level being higher than the first priority level.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource set configuration including a first subset of PUCCH resources and a second subset of PUCCH resources, wherein PUCCH resources in the first subset of PUCCH resources are configured with a parameter per PUCCH resource, and wherein PUCCH resources in the second subset of PUCCH resources do not include a parameter per PUCCH resource. The UE may identify a parameter to be used for transmitting a PUCCH communication based at least in part on the PUCCH resource set configuration. The UE may transmit one or more repetitions of the PUCCH communication based at least in part on the parameter. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive signaling indicating one or more selected priorities, of at least two priorities, to which a trigger for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback applies. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) including the trigger for the HARQ feedback and omitting a field indicating the one or more selected priorities. The UE may transmit the HARQ feedback for the one or more selected priorities in accordance with the signaling. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining resources to use for deferred transmission of acknowledgment feedback. An example method generally includes monitoring for a semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); determining that a first resource, identified by a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource identifier (PRI), for transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) with acknowledgment feedback for the SPS PDSCH collides with a downlink resource; identifying a second resource for transmitting the PUCCH based on parameters associated with the first PRI or a second PRI; and transmitting the PUCCH on the second resource.
