    摘要: A super-conducting magnet apparatus in an MRI system which may reduce unevenness among magnetization characteristics of ferromagnetic elements arranged between super-conductive shield coils and superconducting main coils. There are provided a pair of super-conducting main coils, a pair of superconductive shield coils arranged on the axes of the pair of super-conducting main coils, being spaced from the pair of super-conducting main coils, and also arranged on opposite sides of a zone to be observed, and ferromagnetic elements arranged in parts of spaces extending from air core parts of the super-conducting main coils to air core parts of the super-conductive shield coils. The super-conductive shield coils have an outer diameter which is larger than that of the super-conducting main coils. The ferromagnetic elements are composed of a plurality of axially symmetric ferromagnetic members which are coaxially arranged, and which have a space in at least a radial part thereof, but not in a center axis part. With this configuration, the magnetic saturation of the ferromagnetic members may be facilitated. Thereby it is possible to reduce the effect of unevenness among magnetization characteristics of the ferromagnetic elements.

A second programming operation is performed to program the multi level cell from the first target state to a second target state, which corresponds to the storage data and has a second threshold voltage range. The flag bit is set to a second state to indicate that the second programming operation has been performed.

    摘要: There is provided a traffic sign apparatus that can improve the luminance of a sign surface which emits light by ultraviolet irradiation, and the uniformity ratio of illuminance, so as to enhance the visibility thereof in the nighttime. The traffic sign apparatus 10 includes a sign body 11 having the sign surface 14 which emits light by ultraviolet irradiation, and an irradiation device 12 for irradiating ultraviolet rays onto the sign surface 14. Assuming that the maximum incident angle of the ultraviolet rays be θ1, the ultraviolet rays being irradiated from the ultraviolet emission lamps 26 of the irradiation unit 12 onto the objective sign surfaces W1 and W2 on the sign surface 14 which is the irradiation object of the ultraviolet emission lamps 26; and that the minimum incident angle be θ2, the angle θ1 is set to more than 30° and less than 70°; and the angle θ 2 is set to more than 5° and less than 30°.

The external magnetic flux shielding coils have a first coil group having a small coefficient of coil coupling and a second coil group having a coefficient of coil coupling greater than that of the first coil group. The first coil group is connected in series to the second coil group. External magnetic flux entering the magnetic field imaging space formed by main coils in a pair positioned facing each other is effectively warded off.

    摘要: A super-conducting magnet apparatus in an MRI system which may reduce unevenness among magnetization characteristics of ferromagnetic elements arranged between super-conductive shield coils and superconducting main coils. There are provided a pair of super-conducting main coils, a pair of superconductive shield coils arranged on the axes of the pair of super-conducting main coils, being spaced from the pair of super-conducting main coils, and also arranged on opposite sides of a zone to be observed, and ferromagnetic elements arranged in parts of spaces extending from air core parts of the super-conducting main coils to air core parts of the super-conductive shield coils. The super-conductive shield coils have an outer diameter which is larger than that of the super-conducting main coils. The ferromagnetic elements are composed of a plurality of axially symmetric ferromagnetic members which are coaxially arranged, and which have a space in at least a radial part thereof, but not in a center axis part. With this configuration, the magnetic saturation of the ferromagnetic members may be facilitated. Thereby it is possible to reduce the effect of unevenness among magnetization characteristics of the ferromagnetic elements.
