    摘要: A detecting element for an inertial force sensor includes a mass section, an excitation section, and a detecting section. The excitation section excites the mass section along a third direction among a first direction, a second direction, and the third direction that are perpendicular to each other. The detecting section outputs a signal corresponding to displacement of the mass section along at least one of the first direction and the second direction. Resonance frequencies Fsx and Fsy of the first direction and the second direction are set greater than a resonance frequency Fxd of the third direction.

A time-point measurement unit is provided for measuring time-point information and adding the time-point information to an angular velocity sensing signal and an acceleration sensing signal. The angular velocity sensing signal and the acceleration sensing signal are linked by the time-point information. This structure enables output of the angular velocity sensing signal and the acceleration sensing signal linked by the time-point information. Accordingly, the angular velocity sensing signal can be accurately corrected using the acceleration sensing signal. The detection accuracy of the sensor device thus improves.

    摘要: An angular velocity sensor includes a vibrator vibrating, first and second differential circuits for outputting first and second difference signals, respectively, and a synchronous detector circuit for synchronously detecting the first and second difference signals. First and second sensors outputs first and second detection signals in response to a distortion produced due to an inertial force. The second detection signal has a phase reverse to a phase of the first detection signal. The first difference signal corresponds to a difference provided by subtracting the first detection signal from the second detection signal. The second difference signal corresponds to a difference provided by subtracting the second detection signal from the first detection signal. This angular velocity sensor detects an angular velocity of the vibrator accurately.

    摘要: An angular velocity sensor for precisely calculating an angular velocity by taking the mass balance of the transducer into account is provided. The sensor includes a tuning fork type transducer (23) having a pair of arm portions (22) at a shaft portion (21) and formed of a piezoelectric element, and a control circuit portion (24) that drives the transducer (23) and detects the angular velocity applied to the transducer (23). The control circuit portion (24) includes a correction circuit portion (35) that generates a correction signal to remove, as a noise component, a signal component of a sense signal (29) detected erroneously as if an angular velocity occurred when no angular velocity is occurring in the transducer (23), from signal components of the sense signal (29).

    摘要: An inertia detecting transducer having a reliable detection element. The element is kept to be free from deposition of gas and organic substance generated from resin adhesive. A first case of the transducer has an opening and a circuit component mounted thereon, and is provided with an external electrode and a first connection electrode. A second case includes a detection element mounted inside thereof, and an opening of the case is sealed with a sealing plate. The second case is further provided with a second connection electrode. The second case is attached to the first case so that the former covers the opening of the latter. The second connection electrode and the first connection electrode are electrically coupled. In the above-described configuration of the present invention, if an inertia detecting transducer gets a partial damage, either one of the detection element and the circuit component remaining intact can be re-utilzed.

    摘要: This invention relates to an image forming apparatus and a method for assembling the apparatus. A main body of the image forming apparatus has a frame main body consisting of an optical frame and a chassis made of a resin (resin chassis). Mounting an image recorder unit on the resin chassis improves the precision in mounting the image recorder unit, while the optical frame assuring the rigidity of the apparatus as a whole. The resin chassis consisting part of the frame main body reduces the production cost of the frame main body, in turn, reducing the production cost on the final product, i.e., image forming apparatus.

    摘要: This invention relates to a copy sheet guide structure for use in an image forming apparatus. Plural copy sheet guide structures constitute a transport path along which a copy sheet is to be transported. At least one guide structure has a pair of guide members formed into such a shape to form a one piece unit when engageably assembled to each other. With this arrangement, fastening means for constructing the guide structure is not necessary. Further, sheet guiding ability of the copy sheet guide structure can be improved because the guide members are assembled to each other with high positional accuracy.
