Abstract:
According to the configuration and the manufacturing method of forming a moisture proof agent on both surfaces of a circuit substrate after soldering a capacitor connection pin in a vertical direction to the circuit substrate, and electrically connecting the capacitor so as to be in a perpendicular direction to the length direction of the capacitor connection pin at the upper space of the circuit substrate, the possibility of the moisture proof agent attaching to the capacitor is eliminated, the productivity enhances since the moisture proof agent can be easily formed on both surfaces of the circuit substrate, and a capacitor unit of miniaturized and low height configuration is realized since the capacitor is mounted in the horizontal direction in the upper space with respect to the circuit substrate.
Abstract:
A capacitor includes a metal case having an opening, a capacitor element accommodated in the metal case, an electrolyte accommodated in the metal case, and a sealing rubber sealing the opening of the metal case. The sealing rubber seals the opening of the metal case while the sealing rubber is compressed to have a stress applied thereto. The stress is not lower than 0.5 MPa and not higher than a predetermined maximum value. This capacitor prevents the electrolyte from leaking, thus having high reliability.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A capacitor includes a metal case and a terminal plate. The metal case accommodates a capacitor element together with a driving electrolyte and is joined to one of the electrodes of the capacitor element at its inner bottom surface. The terminal plate is joined to the other electrode at its inner surface so as to seal the opening of the metal case. The terminal plate is provided with a pressure regulating valve also functioning as a driving-electrolyte filling hole. The pressure regulating valve includes a ring-shaped elastic member which is pressed into the wall formed on the terminal plate.
Abstract:
According to a fixing device of the present invention, a screw penetrates through a first fixing hole of a first fixing section and a second fixing hole of a second fixing section to be coupled with a weight measuring machine, and is tightened with a nut, so that the first fixing section is fixed to the second fixing section. In addition, at least one clearance of the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole is configured to be bigger than an assembly tolerance of the two fixing holes. Using this structure, the fixing device, which can accommodate constructive variations of the fixing section of the weight measuring machine and maintain excellent detecting accuracy, and a weight measuring apparatus using the same, can be provided.
Abstract:
An inertia detecting transducer having a reliable detection element. The element is kept to be free from deposition of gas and organic substance generated from resin adhesive. A first case of the transducer has an opening and a circuit component mounted thereon, and is provided with an external electrode and a first connection electrode. A second case includes a detection element mounted inside thereof, and an opening of the case is sealed with a sealing plate. The second case is further provided with a second connection electrode. The second case is attached to the first case so that the former covers the opening of the latter. The second connection electrode and the first connection electrode are electrically coupled. In the above-described configuration of the present invention, if an inertia detecting transducer gets a partial damage, either one of the detection element and the circuit component remaining intact can be re-utilzed.
Abstract:
An automotive combination switch having a simple relay connector structure between switch units, comprising a reduced number of components and excelling in assemblability and reliability. The combination switch comprises a light control switch unit (1) containing a plurality of function switches housed in a case having a rib to be fitting to a groove (5a) of a main body (5), an elastic mounting knob (7a) and a stopper peg (8a) provided thereon, also provided in the lower part of the case is a fixed connector (10a) for delivering signals from the switches outside; and a wiper control switch unit (2) containing a plurality of function switches housed in a case having likewise a rib, a mounting knob (7b), a stopper peg (8b) provided thereon and a fixed connector (10b). An interconnection lead wire (17) having movable connectors (19a, 19b) at both ends is attached to the main body (5) with a mobility to be engaged with respective fixed connectors (10a, 10b) of the switch units when mounted to the main body (5).
Abstract:
The capacitor has a capacitor element, a tubular metallic case, an electrolyte, and a terminal plate. The case contains the capacitor element and is joined to a first electrode of the capacitor element at its inner bottom surface. The terminal plate is joined to the second electrode of the capacitor element and seals the opening of the case. At least one of the terminal plate and the case is provided with a through hole, into which a hermetic plug made of a rubber-like elastic body and having an external diameter larger than a diameter of the through hole is inserted.
Abstract:
In a capacitor, a capacitor elements of which positive and negative electrodes are drawn out in reverse directions is put in a metal case, and one electrode is bonded to the inner bottom of the metal case, and other electrode of the capacitor element is bonded to the inner side, and on the surface of a terminal plate sealing the opening of the metal case, a junction part of flat plate projecting to a position higher than the metal case is provided.
