摘要: An optical position-measuring device for detecting the relative position of two objects includes a measuring standard connected to one object, and a scanning unit connected to the other object and including a light source, one or more grating(s), and a detector system. The detector system includes a plurality of detector element groups arranged in a detection plane, via which a plurality of position-dependent, phase-shifted scanning signals is able to be generated by scanning a periodic fringe pattern that results in the detection plane, the detector elements that have in-phase scanning signals forming a group in each case. The sum of the areas and the centroid of the detector elements of a group is identical to the sum of the areas and the centroid, respectively, of the detector elements of each other group. Periodic diaphragm structures are arranged in front of the light-sensitive areas of the detector elements.

摘要: The present invention relates to a sun collector comprising a flat absorber body (1) on or in which one or more absorber channels (17) for the flow of a heat transfer medium are configured. In areas which are not occupied by the one or more absorber channels (17), the absorber body (1) of the present sun collector has penetrable openings (4, 10, 13) for sunlight to pass through. The sun collector therefore provides the double function of a sun collector with a partially transparent sun protection device.

摘要: The present invention relates to a part-transparent static sun protection device of a flat base (1) which consists of a material that is impermeable to solar radiation and/or coated with a material of that type. The base comprises permeable openings (4, 10, 13) with an angle-selective permeability for the sunlight, wherein a maximum of the permeability lies at an angle of incidence of ≠90° of the sunlight relative to the plane of the base (1). The openings, (4, 10, 13) with the present sun protection device are introduced in the base (1) through mere local machining. The proposed sun protection device can be easily adapted to the most varied requirements during manufacture.

摘要: A position-measuring device includes a light source, a first grating, a second grating and photodetectors, light from the light source, which is split into partial beams of different directions at the first and second grating, being directed via a deflecting element to the detector. The deflecting element for incident partial beams having different directions has different regions, so that all partial beams directed from the deflecting element to the detector are approximately parallel.

摘要: Method for nondestructive and contact-free detection of faults in a test specimen which is moved relative to a probe that detects a periodic electrical signal having a carrier oscillation whose amplitude and/or phase is/are modulated by any fault in the test specimen. The probe signal is filtered and sampled by a triggerable A/D converter stage to obtain a demodulated digital measurement signal which is filtered using a digital frequency-selective adjustable second filter unit to obtain a useful signal which is evaluated to detect a fault in the test specimen. The A/D converter stage is triggered at a fraction of the frequency of the carrier oscillation selected as a function of the fault frequency obtained as the quotient of the relative speed between the test specimen and the probe and the effective width of the probe, and the frequency-selective second filter unit is adjusted as a function of the fault frequency.

摘要: A position measuring system having a scale that includes an incremental graduation track, which extends in a measuring direction, the incremental graduation track having a periodic arrangement of graduation areas with different optical properties and a reference marking in a reference position, which has an aperiodic arrangement of graduation areas. A scanning unit including a light source and an opto-electronic detector arrangement having a reference pulse signal detection unit for generating a reference pulse signal. A periodic strip pattern results in a detection plane, which is amplitude-modulated in an area of the reference position, wherein the reference pulse signal detection unit includes several reference pulse signal detection elements, which create the reference pulse signal so that a periodic signal portion, as well as low-frequency signal portions are filtered out of the incremental graduation track to a large degree.

摘要: The three-dimensional orientation of a body relative to a reference direction is determined with increased accuracy by using a gyro-based azimuth and elevation measurement device which has at least four and preferably eight individual gyros. The individual gyros are positioned such that they react to rotary motions in different directions of space. In a first step all orientation measurement values are determined which are made available by three gyros at a time combined into a so-called triad. In a second step these measured values are combined in evaluated or unevaluated form into an overall measurement value of higher precision.

摘要: The effectiveness of a method for checking for exact alignment of two successive shafts, axles or the like is improved by the fact the no measures with respect to linearization or temperature compensation are necessary any longer by using a light-sensitive array as the light-sensitive sensor. The effects of outside light and reflections can be suppressed. The cross section and the quality of a detected laser beam can be checked especially by visual inspection. Production of the corresponding device for executing this process is facilitated. By using matched beam splitters and reflectors as well as light sources of different colors the number of optoelectronic sensors necessary can be significantly reduced.

摘要: The shock protection device prevents damage to optically and micromechanically acting gyroscopes. The gyroscope or precision instrument to be protected can be located in an inner housing shell which is spaced apart from an outer housing shell by elastic elements, and is thereby protected against shock. The inner housing shell can be brought temporarily into accurate mechanical contact with the outer housing shell by an electromechanical device. The spatial orientations of the inner and outer housing shells then correspond with high precision. In a further embodiment of the invention, the electromechanical device can be used precisely conversely to deactivate an existing shock protection and temporarily to bring about direct contact between a sensing element and an object to be checked on the occasion of a measuring operation.
