摘要: The invention relates to terminal processing method and structure for grounding the terminal of a shielding braid wire 34 contained in a shield cable 30. The invention employs first connectors 14A, 14B fixed to members 10A, 10B to be grounded at least upon usage and a second connector 20 coupled to the first connectors by means of a metal bolt 26. The bolt 26 is screwed into a screw hole on the members 10A, 10B side in a state that the terminal of the shielding braid wire 34 is coupled to the bolt 26, whereby the shielding braid wire 34 is coupled to the members 10A, 10B side through the bolt 26 the moment the connector are coupled to each other.

摘要: electrical connector assembly including a first connector supported by a holder and a second connector coupled to the first connector. At least one rocking lever is supported rotatably by a support pin with driving means for moving the rocking lever in accordance with a sliding displacement of the first connector along the holder when interconnecting the first and second connectors. Actuating means displaces the second connector toward the first connector by transmitting the driving force of the rocking lever to the second connector. Each pair of protection ribs is provided on the opposite sides of the mounting portion of the rocking lever to protect the lever. A pair of support lances formed on the holder holds the first connector temporarily in a waiting position for coupling. The electrical connector assembly is simple in structure and compact in size and it is possible to easily and properly interconnect the first and second connectors and to confirm at a glance whether the connectors are completely coupled to each other.

摘要: A connector connection structure includes a first connector supported on a holder and a second connector connectable to the first connector. The holder has support portions in the form of U-shaped grooves, for supporting the first connector such that the first connector is slidable in a direction of connection of the first and second connectors relative to each other. Swingable levers are swingably supported between the holder and the first connector, and there are provided drive portions that swingingly displace the swingable levers in response to the sliding movement of the first connector. Operating portions are also provided to increase driving forces of the swingable levers, and transmit the driving forces to the second connector, thereby driving the two connectors in a direction to connect the two connectors together.

摘要: A waterproof seal has at its rear portion a wire embracing portion for embracing an outer periphery of a wire. The wire embracing portion includes a flexible tubular portion having a reduced thickness, and a thickened tubular portion extending from the flexible tubular portion. Because buckling strength is enhanced by the thickened tubular portion, the wire can be smoothly passed through the waterproof seal from the distal end of the wire embracing portion without buckling the wire embracing portion and hence without closing an insertion hole. The flexible tubular portion is easily bent about an inner peripheral lip in accordance with the movement of the wire, thereby preventing the bending force from acting on and deforming the main waterproof portion. Alternatively, a groove is formed in one end surface of a rubber plug body, and is disposed around an outer periphery of a proximal end of a tubular portion connected to the rubber plug body. Tension is alleviated between the proximal end of the tubular portion and the rubber plug body in accordance with the deformation of the groove.

摘要: According to the present invention, in the rolling of an H-shaped steel wherein a roughly shaped billet subjected to a breakdown rolling and having a web and flanges is formed into a shape steel having H-shaped cross section by passing it through an array of rolling facilities for a shape steel constituted by combining a universal rough rolling mill with a universal finish rolling mill, a thickness of each flange at four locations, i.e. right and left upper and lower locations, of the roughly shaped billet are measured by an instrument for measuring hot dimensions, which is arranged in the vicinity of the rough universal rolling mill, and then, based on the results of the measurement, there are attained an axial deviation of upper and lower horizontal rollers relative to each other, a deviation of apertures of left and right vertical rollers with respect to each other, and a deviation of the center position of a clearance between the upper and lower horizontal rollers with respect to the central position of the vertical roller barrels.

摘要: A rubber plug for a water-proof connector has an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The rubber plug into which an electrical wire inserted and which is inserted into a cylindrical structure of the water-proof connector sealingly closes the gap between the electrical wire and the cylindrical structure. The inner cylinder is provided at a portion which is positioned near the opening of the cylindrical structure of the water-proof connector, for sealingly closing a gap between the electrical cylinder and the inner cylinder. The outer cylinder has an annular groove, and is provided outside the inner cylinder at the portion in such a manner that the outer cylinder surrounds said inner cylinder through the annular groove for closing a gap between the inner cylindrical surface of the cylindrical structure and the outer cylinder.

摘要: A charger-side connector is moved toward a battery-side connector through the engagement of a positioning projection formed on the battery-side connector in a guide groove formed on the charger-side connector by rotating an outer tube. At this time, the outer tube is retained relative to an inner tube in predetermined positional relation by straight grooves and plunger mechanisms. The retaining positions are determined in accordance with conditions of connection between power and signal terminals of one connector and power and signal terminals of the other connector, and therefore the rotational condition as viewed from the outside indicates the connected condition of the terminals.

摘要: A magnetic head for tape recording and/or reproducing is composed of a pair of abutting thin magnetic metal cores with front and back gaps therebetween, and a pair of magnetic oxide cores sandwiching each of the magnetic metal cores therebetween. The magnetic oxide cores include bodies of glass disposed adjacent the front gap and sandwiching each magnetic metal core to allow the front gap to be visually checked for its depth. To fabricate such a magnetic head, magnetic oxide cores are bonded to a thin magnetic metal core, and the bonded block is cut off across the magnetic metal core to form two block pieces. Each of the block pieces is provided with bodies of glass in recesses formed in a cut surface thereof. After the cut surfaces have been ground, the block pieces are bonded with the cut surfaces confronting each other while keeping the magnetic metal cores in alignment. The bonded block pieces are cut off along the aligned magnetic metal cores into a magnetic head blank, which is then ground to provide a tape-contacting surface.

摘要: Information concerning an imaging place is acquired from a map information acquisition portion, and the acquired information related to the position is multiplexed with video image information to be recorded in a recording medium. The information related to positions separated at the time of reproducing is displayed by being superimposed onto a video image so that it is possible to switch from/to display/non-display. Further, the information related to a position is input by an operation portion, and the time corresponding thereto is taken from the multiplexed file, thereby making it possible to start reproduction from a part in which a specified position is imaged. It is therefore an object of the present invention to record the information related to the imaged place together with a video image, and to be able to switch from/to display/non-display of the information related to the place. Additionally, it is an object to perform control of reproduction based on the information related to a place.
