    摘要: An image processing system includes a fixed-type game machine and a hand-held type game machine. To the hand-held type game machine, an imaging cartridge is attached, and therefore, when an operator photographs a face image of a desired object, for example, face image data corresponding thereto is produced. In addition, by operating an operating switch of the hand-held type game machine, the operator can input feature data representing a feature of the object. The hand-held type game machine transmits the face image data and the feature data to the fixed-type game machine. The fixed-type game machine deforms provisional three-dimensional character data selected by the operator based on the feature data, and attaches the face image data to the deformed provisional three-dimensional feature data so as to compose an image. A composed image is displayed on an image display device by an animation based on the feature data.

    摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst, which has enough catalytic activity as a transition metal particle catalyst including platinum family and the like, is easily separable from products, is reusable and is easily prepared. To prepare the transition metal cluster catalyst of the present invention, an insoluble complex is prepared by forming a complex between a polymer with nitrogen-containing group, such as pyridinium and ammonium group in the principal chain, and a later transition metal compound; and then reducing the complex with a reductant. The transition metal forms clusters, which are stabilized by the polymers. Namely, the present invention is a transition metal cluster catalyst, wherein transition metal clusters are supported by a polymer, which is obtained by reduction reaction of a complex of a transition metal and a polymer with nitrogen-containing group. The transition metal cluster catalyst of the present invention is an extremely useful catalyst for oxidation, reduction, cross-coupling, Heck reaction, alkylation reaction and the like.

    摘要: In a case where there are developers belonging to Life Rank 1 representing a service life substantially as long as that of a fresh developer (Step S501), and the developers includes one which is ready to print (Step S502), it is determined that image formation can be performed without performing a preparatory operation (Step S506). In a case where there is no print-ready developer but a developer which requires an agitation operation of rotating a developing roller by a predetermined quantity (Step S503), the agitation operation is performed on the developer (Step S504) so as to make the developer in a print-ready state. In a case where the developer cannot be made print-ready by the agitation operation, a density control operation for adjusting operating conditions of an apparatus is performed (Step S505). Thus is obviated an unnecessary operation. The developer subjected to a predetermined print preparatory process is used in a printing operation so that an image of good quality may be formed. In a case where no Rank-1 developer is available but a Rank-2 developer, deteriorated to a degree, is available, the same procedure is taken.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus is operable to form an image on a recording medium. An image carrier is adapted such that a toner image is formed thereon by developing an electrostatic latent image. An intermediate transfer member is adapted such that the toner image is primarily transferred thereto. In a transfer device, a roller member is adapted to come in contact with the intermediate transfer member. A first bias voltage applier is operable to provide a transfer voltage, thereby applying a first bias voltage between the roller member and the intermediate transfer member to secondarily transfer the toner image onto the recording medium in order to obtain the image. A charge eliminator is disposed in the vicinity of the roller member. A second bias voltage applier is operable to apply a second bias voltage to the charge eliminator to eliminate charges on the recording medium which has been subjected to the application of the first bias voltage. A controller is operable to vary the second bias voltage in accordance a deviation amount of the first bias voltage.
