    摘要: A piezoelectric transformer having a structure where an electrode on a side of a transformer element and a lead terminal made of a leaf spring on a side of a package are brought into pressural contact with each other by an elastic spring performance of the lead terminal. An angle of inclination is given to a terminal portion of the lead terminal in respect of a base portion, whereby the terminal portion of the lead terminal is opened in a direction of extending the base portion, when the base portion is bent, with a side wall of a case being a fulcrum for the bending, by receiving a static pressing force from a transformer element on the terminal portion. An angle of rotation caused at the terminal portion by bending the base portion is counteracted by this angle of inclination, by which the terminal portion and the electrode of the transformer element are always kept in parallel with each other.

    摘要: A driving section applied with an input a.c. voltage and a generator section for generating an output potential are incorporated in a piezoelectric ceramic transformer, and the generator section is polarized through a two-step polarizing technique where an electric field is created in the generator section in high temperature atmosphere and, thereafter, the temperature is decreased without changing the electric field, thereby saturating the polarization without a crack.

    摘要: An LED-array light source comprises an LED-array and a light-transmitting member disposed thereon. The light-transmitting member has a pair of opposed major surface for receiving and emitting output light emitted from the LED-array. A plurality of a first reflectors are formed on a light emitting surface of the light-transmitting member so as to partially reflect the output light toward a light-receiving surface of the light-transmitting member. A second light reflector is provided on the light receiving surface of the light-transmitting member so as to rereflect the light reflected from the first reflector to the emitting surface and thereby guiding the output light from the LED-array to an intermediate area between adjacent LEDs. Thus, it is possible to obtain a uniform linear light source with small number of LEDs.
