摘要: A three-dimensional object is produced by sequentially laminating a plurality of layers. The method includes setting a plurality of coordinate points at a predetermined interval on a profile of a model section corresponding to a layer to be formed, obtaining information regarding distances between a plurality of the coordinate points, and scanning a photo-curing resin solution with light from a light source, in correspondence with a direction of a straight line passing through mated coordinate points giving a distance shorter than a maximum value among the distances between a plurality of the coordinate points.

摘要: A temperature-sensitive color-changeable composite fiber wherein (A) a thermally color-changeable polymer phase (phase A) composed essentially of a thermally color-changeable material and a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point or a softening point of 230.degree. C. or lower, the content of the thermally color-changeable material being 0.5 to 90% by weight and (B) a protective polymer (phase B) composed essentially of a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer are brought into contact with each other, (i) the protective polymer phase (phase B) occupying at least 60% of the fiber surface area, and (ii) the protective polymer phase (phase B) occupying 20 to 95% by weight relative to the overall fiber. The composite fiber of this invention has reversibly thermally color-changeable performance of excellent temperature-sensitive color-changeability, color vividness, washing durability and light resistance.

摘要: A ball bearing for effecting endless linear motion comprising an elongated rod-like insert member and an outer sleeve member for receiving it within its longitudinally extending throughbore, with a plurality of balls intervened on the interface between the two members so as to effect a smooth relative linear motion thereof along their longitudinal axes.On and around the peripheral surface of the rod-like insert member is provided a double thread screw track consisting of adjacent first and second spiral grooves having the same pitch but different cross-sectional depths, while on the innerwall surface of the throughbore of the outer sleeve member is formed a double thread screw track consisting of adjacent first and second spiral grooves which are adapted to mate with the adjacent spiral grooves of the rod-like insert member and which with the aid of ball-reversing U-turn passages attached to connect the adjacent grooves of the outer sleeve member, form an endless spiral groove track for circulating the balls on and through the mating spiral grooves of the assembled rod-like insert member.

摘要: An endless rolling contact linear motion guide assembly includes a rail extending straight over a predetermined length, a slider movably mounted on the rail and a plurality of rolling members for providing a rolling contact between the rail and the slider. The slider is provided with an endless circulating path having a load path section, a return path section and a pair of curved connecting path sections, each connecting the corresponding ends of the load and return path sections. The rail is formed with an inner guide groove and the slider is formed with an outer guide groove located opposite to the inner guide groove so that a combination of the inner and outer guide grooves defines the load path section. The outer guide groove has a Gothic arch shape having a pair of upper and lower curved surfaces, each of which is in contact with the rolling member at one contact point. A contact angle defined between a vertical line passing through the center of the rolling member and a straight line passing through the center of the rolling member and a contact point between the rolling member and each of the upper and lower curved surfaces of the outer guide groove is set at an angle larger than 45.degree. and preferably approximately at 50.degree..

摘要: A ball spline linear motion rolling guide unit comprises: a ball spline shaft on which first track grooves are formed in a longitudinal direction at predetermined positions on an outer peripheral surface; a hollow outer cylinder having a hollow hole into which the ball spline shaft is slidably inserted; second track grooves formed on an inner peripheral surface of the hollow hole so as to face the first track grooves of the ball spline shaft; and balls inserted between the first and second track grooves, wherein the arc center of the second track groove formed on the outer cylinder is slightly deviated to the side of the ball spline shaft from the center of the ball inserted between the first and second track grooves, the entrance portion of the second track groove is formed by an arc surface having a diameter which is slightly larger than the diameter of the ball, thereby constructing a supporting portion of the balls, and an almost V-shaped notched groove is formed in a bottom portion of each of the first and second track grooves, thereby forming a groove having an almost arrowhead-shaped cross section, and the portion near the edge of the arrowhead-shaped groove serves as the track surface. With this structure, the small and cheap ball spline linear motion rolling guide unit can be manufactured.

摘要: A high-hardness heat-resistant alloy comprising 13-17 wt % of Cr, 2-6 wt % of Al, 0.1-8 wt % of Mo, 1.5-3.5 wt % of B, 0.5-3 wt % of Ti, and 4-7 wt % of Co, the remaining components of the alloy being Ni and inevitable impurities. The alloy has high hardness and high strength at high temperatures and is therefore very suitable for use as a deposit or build-up welding material for exhaust valves in large low-speed diesel engines.

摘要: A fiber made of a polyester copolymer (B), wherein the polyester copolymer (B) comprises a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, and the dicarboxylic acid component comprises 75 mol % or more of a terephthalic acid component, 1.0 mol % to 3.5 mol % of component (a) derived from a compound represented by formula (I), 2.0 mol % to 10.0 mol % of a cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid component (b), and 2.0 mol % to 8.0 mol % of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid component (c). This can afford a polyester fiber that exhibits deep color property to cation dyes and disperse dyes under a normal pressure environment and is superior in color fastness to washing and color fastness to light and can secure good spinnability.
