    摘要: A scrubber for cleaning a gas comprises a casing extending along a longitudinal central axis and enclosing a scrubbing chamber. The casing has a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The casing is configured to permit flow of the gas through the scrubbing chamber in a flow direction from the gas inlet to the gas outlet. A deflector device in the scrubbing chamber between the gas inlet and outlet forms a gas passage between the deflector device and the casing. The deflector device comprises an upstream surface facing the gas inlet. A spraying nozzle is configured to spray a scrubbing liquid into the scrubbing chamber and the gas flow. A separation device comprises a shield element and is arranged between the upstream surface of the deflector device and the gas inlet. The shield element shields the upstream surface from the gas flow and is perforated by a plurality of holes.

    摘要: A method for continuous purification of motor lubricant oil includes circulating lubricant oil between a motor lubricant oil tank and a motor; transporting contaminated lubricant oil from the motor lubricant oil tank in a cleaning loop. The transport in the cleaning loop includes adding at least one liquid separation aid to contaminated lubricant oil; supplying contaminated lubricant oil to a three-phase centrifugal separator; continuously separating contaminants from the lubricant oil in the separator and continuously discharging a first liquid phase including purified lubricant oil from a liquid light phase outlet of the separator, continuously discharging a second liquid phase including solid contaminants from a liquid heavy phase outlet of the separator and continuously discharging a sludge phase from a sludge outlet by the aid of a conveyor screw of the three-phase separator. The method further includes transporting the first liquid phase including purified oil back to the lubricant oil tank. The present invention further provides a system for carrying out the method.

The fat rich and the fat lean products are suited for use in human food or for animal feed products.

The centrifugal separator includes a rotor rotatably arranged inside a stationary housing. The stationary housing includes an inlet for crankcase gases, a gas outlet, and a liquid outlet. The rotor includes a stack of separation discs, each separation disc of the stack of separation discs having a center axis, an inner surface, and an outer surface. A circumferential inner end surface extends between the inner surface and the outer surface. The circumferential inner end surface of at least one separation disc of the stack of separation discs includes a substantially flat first surface portion extending at an angle of at least 20 degrees to the center axis.

    摘要: A heat exchanger plate for use in a plate package for a heat exchanger device is disclosed. The plate has a geometrical main extension plane (q) and a circumferential edge portion, the circumferential edge portion having a curved upper portion, a substantially straight lower portion and two opposing side portions interconnecting the upper and the lower portions. An upper porthole is arranged in an upper section of the heat exchanger plate and located at a distance from the upper portion of the circumferential edge portion thereby defining an upper intermediate portion. The upper intermediate portion includes the shortest distance (d2) between a centre of the upper porthole and the upper portion of the circumferential edge portion. The heat exchanger plate further comprises an upper flange having an extension along the upper portion of the circumferential edge portion. The upper flange has a length (L2) as seen in a direction transverse the shortest distance (d2), being 200-80% of the diameter (D2) of the upper porthole and more preferred 180-120% of the diameter (D2) of the upper porthole.     摘要: A system for treating engine exhaust gas, which engine exhaust gas has a temperature of between T1 and T2, comprises a SCR reactor for converting NOx in a medium containing the engine exhaust gas into N2 and H2O. The SCR reactor has an inlet for receiving the medium and an outlet for outputting the NOx reduced medium. A first boiler unit has an outlet for outputting boiler exhaust gas (temperature greater than T3, T3>T1) from the first boiler unit. A mixing unit mixes the engine exhaust gas with the boiler exhaust gas to produce the medium. The mixing unit has a first inlet communicating with the engine for receiving the engine exhaust gas, a second inlet communicating with the outlet of the first boiler unit for receiving the boiler exhaust gas and an outlet for outputting the medium. The mixing unit outlet communicates with the inlet of the SCR reactor.

    摘要: A syngas loop boiler includes a casing that surrounds a tube bundle, wherein the tube bundle includes a plurality of tubes. One end of each of the tubes is joined to a tube-sheet provided with corresponding tube-sheet inlet holes for inletting the syngas in the boiler, wherein each tube-sheet inlet hole is internally provided with at least a protective sleeve welded at both ends to corresponding surfaces of the tube-sheet inlet hole. Each tube-sheet inlet hole is provided with a first respective weld overlay placed at the inlet mouth of the tube-sheet inlet hole, so that a first end of each protective sleeve is welded to the first weld overlay. Each tube-sheet inlet hole is internally provided with at least a bore groove that contains a respective in-bore second weld overlay, so that the second end of the protective sleeve is welded to the in-bore second weld overlay. Each protective sleeve is thus welded at both ends to respective weld overlays, with the possibility of removal and re-installation without performing any post weld heat treatment.

The separation disc has a truncated conical shape with an inner surface and an outer surface and a plurality of spot-formed spacing members extending from at least one of the inner surface and the outer surface. The spot-formed spacing members are for providing interspaces between mutually adjacent separation discs in a stack of separation discs, and the plurality of spot-formed spacing members are tip-shaped and taper from a base at the surface of the separation disc towards a tip extending a height from the surface. A stack of separation discs, a centrifugal separator and a method for separating at least two components of a fluid mixture are also disclosed.
