摘要: The invention relates to a system, comprising: a) a sample processing unit, comprising an input port and an output port coupled to a rotating container having at least one sample chamber, the sample processing unit configured provide a first processing step to a sample or to rotate the container so as to apply a centrifugal force to a sample deposited in the chamber and separate at least a first component and a second component of the deposited sample; and b) a sample separation unit coupled to the output port of the sample processing unit, the cell separation unit comprising separation column holder (42), a pump (64) and a plurality of valves (1-11) configured to at least partially control fluid flow through a fluid circuitry and a separation column (40) positioned in the holder, the separation column configured to separate labeled and unlabeled components of sample flowed through the column.

A heat exchanger (20) is also provided which has a first channel (22) and a second channel (24). The first channel (22) is connected in a flow path extending between the feed apparatus (11, 12, 13, 14) and the centrifuge (50, 60); and a waste water outlet (9) from the main centrifuge (60) is fluidly coupled to an inlet of the second channel (24) of the heat exchanger (20).

摘要: A method for continuous purification of motor lubricant oil includes circulating lubricant oil between a motor lubricant oil tank and a motor; transporting contaminated lubricant oil from the motor lubricant oil tank in a cleaning loop. The transport in the cleaning loop includes adding at least one liquid separation aid to contaminated lubricant oil; supplying contaminated lubricant oil to a three-phase centrifugal separator; continuously separating contaminants from the lubricant oil in the separator and continuously discharging a first liquid phase including purified lubricant oil from a liquid light phase outlet of the separator, continuously discharging a second liquid phase including solid contaminants from a liquid heavy phase outlet of the separator and continuously discharging a sludge phase from a sludge outlet by the aid of a conveyor screw of the three-phase separator. The method further includes transporting the first liquid phase including purified oil back to the lubricant oil tank. The present invention further provides a system for carrying out the method.

The centrifuge module includes centrifuge tubes and a magnetic mechanism providing a magnetically attractive force to at least one of the centrifuge tubes. The control unit electrically communicates with the crush module, the centrifuge module, and the transport module, and controls operation of the crush module, transport of the sample via the transport module after the sample is crushed by the crush module, centrifugation of the centrifuge module, and operation of the magnetic mechanism for providing the magnetically attractive force.

摘要: Provided are a processing method and a processing apparatus in which a concentration of a solid content of a development fatigue liquid is low and a moisture content of a discharged solid substance is small. The processing method is a method for removing a first solid substance having a smaller specific gravity than the washout liquid and a second solid substance having a larger specific gravity than the washout liquid from a development fatigue liquid including a solid substance generated by removal of a non-exposed portion of a photosensitive resin plate that has been exposed in an image shape by development using the washout liquid. The method includes a first step of centrifugally separating the first solid substance and the second solid substance included in the development fatigue liquid in a rotating container, accumulating the second solid substance on an inner wall of the container, and accumulating the first solid substance on a holding member provided in the container, a second step of discharging the development fatigue liquid from the container in a state in which the first solid substance accumulated on the holding member is held on the holding member, and a third step of rotating the container, thereby removing the first solid substance held on the holding member from the holding member.

摘要: An apparatus for microfiltration and a scalable method for manufacture of an inertial microfluidic device for such microfiltration apparatus are provided. The apparatus for microfiltration includes one or more inertial microfluidic devices, each including a plurality of spirals of a microfluidic channel. At least one of the inertial microfluidic devices is configured to utilize outer wall focusing for high volume fraction microfiltration of particles. In an embodiment, multiple inertial microfluidic devices are connected in sequence for combined inner wall and outer wall focusing. The scalable method for manufacture of the inertial microfluidic device includes micromachining on a polycarbonate-based substrate a rectangular spiral microchannel having one or more input channels and a plurality of output channels configured to utilize high volume fraction outer wall focusing for microfiltration of particles.
