摘要： An assistor for reducing stepping force of a clutch pedal, in which a push rod is inserted into an assistor casing freely movably in the axial direction, a casing outside end of the rod is interconnected to a clutch pedal, a casing inside portion of the rod is provided with a piston which divides the casing into first and second chambers, the first chamber intercommunicates with atmosphere, the second chamber intercommunicates freely changeably with atmosphere and a negative pressure source through a change-over valve mechanism, and the piston is interlocked with the change-over valve mechanism through the means of a negative-pressure setting spring so that negative pressure for reducing stepping force can be fed into the second chamber according to a shifted length of the rod.

A total sectional area of the connecting portions in radially outer portions of the facings is preferably larger than a total sectional area of the connecting portions in radially inner portions of the facings.

The clutch disc comprises a spline hub having a polygonal cam flange at its outer periphery; a clutch plate and a retaining plate arranged at both sides of the cam flange; lever pins fixing said both plates together with a space therebetween, said lever pins being positioned on a same circumference; levers supported by the lever pins at their intermediate portions respectively; rollers arranged at respective one ends of the levers; and torsion springs engaging with respective other ends of the levers so that the rollers may be pressed onto cam faces of the flange.

摘要： A clutch disc assembly interposed between an input side rotary member and an output side member has a hub, disc-like plates, a friction member, an elastic member and a viscous damper mechanism. The hub is connectable for co-rotation with the output side member. The hub has a flange on its outer circumference. The disc-like plates are rotatably mounted on the hub. The friction member is connected to said disc-like plates, for frictional engagement with the input side rotary member. The elastic member is for elastically connecting the flange and the disc-like plates whereby the flange and the disc-like plates are rotatable with respect to each other. The viscous damper mechanism includes a fluid medium, for displacing the fluid medium through restrictions in response to angular movements of the disc-like plates and the flange with respect to each other.

A release coupling device is provided on an outer circumference of a transmission input shaft extending toward a clutch for coupling a clutch release bearing and a bearing drive mechanism. The device includes an inner cover 19 and an inner cylinder 30. The inner cover 19 is provided in the outer circumference of the shaft so as to be fixed thereto close to a diaphragm spring and has first convex portions 19b in its inner circumferential surface. The inner cylinder 30 is inserted in the inner cover 19 and has second convex portions 30c in its outer circumferential surface so that they come in contact with the first convex portion s 19b in close proximity to the clutch.
