    Abstract: An active rotary inertia driver system includes an output support, a drive assembly and a rotary inertia plate. The output support includes a partition plate and a housing. The partition plate is fixed on an inner wall of the housing, and the housing is connected with a controlled structure. One end of the drive assembly is fixed on the housing and connected to one end of an output shaft. The other end of the drive assembly is fixed on the partition plate. The other end of the output shaft extends out of the housing and connected to the rotary inertia plate. The rotary inertia plate is a disc or a ring with a preset mass.

    Abstract: A cylindrical sleeve-type steel-wood composite joint includes fiberglass reinforced panel (FRP) cylindrical wood columns, X-shaped wood beams, a key connecting component, arc connecting pieces and splicing outer ring plates. The key connecting component consists of upper and lower cylindrical steel sleeve plates, a connecting sleeve, a cylindrical solid wood and filling wood blocks. The FRP cylindrical wood columns are connected to the key connecting component and are inserted into the key connecting component through the cylindrical steel sleeve plates and penetrative steel bars. The X-shaped wood beams are connected to the key connecting component through the arc connecting pieces, and the splicing outer ring plates are fixed with bolts to realize combination and connection. By adoption of the design of the connecting sleeve, the joint has a high bearing capacity, vertical force transfer is guaranteed, operation is easy, and assembly is fast.

    Abstract: An energy-supply rotary inertia driver system for an offshore platform includes an annular fixed plate, an active control module, a wind power generation module and a solar power generation module. The system can monitor a motion state of the offshore platform in real time, and can generate a force through the active control module if necessary to apply a force torque of the offshore platform to further achieve the vibration suppression. Moreover, when the offshore platform is under normal operation, the system can act as an energy supply device via wind and solar power generation to feed electric energy to the active control module and other electrical equipment on the offshore platform when needed.

    Abstract: A prefabricated steel-wood composite joint includes square pipe columns, steel-wood composite beams, and a beam-column connecting assembly for connecting the square pipe columns and the steel-wood composite beams. Each square pipe column includes connecting corner columns and connecting side plates. Each steel-wood composite beam includes a top flange, a bottom flange and wood webs for connecting the top flange and the bottom flange. The beam-column connecting assembly is a central column connecting assembly or a corner column connecting assembly. By a special structural design, the composite joint realizes effective beam-column connection without a welded connection and a bolted connection and has tenacity and good seismic performance. The components of the composite joint can be prefabricated in a factory, are high in precision and are assembled on site, so that construction is easy and convenient, procedures are simplified, and the construction period is effectively shortened.

    Abstract: A method for assessing a performance-based seismic design by setting a seismic risk starts from the exceedance probability of the performance level. The method is configured to determine the structural performance level by setting an exceedance probability, determine the seismic demand when the performance level is constant, set the exceedance probability of the seismic demand in combination with the seismic risk of a set earthquake to finally determine the ground motion input and establish a novel probabilistic seismic risk assessment method that reaches the performance level. The main control and objective of the design are significantly enhanced by using this method.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated online measurement system for thermophysical property parameters of nanofluid cutting fluid, consisting of a gas path system, a fluid path system, a nanofluid thermal conductivity measurement device, a measurement device for a convective heat transfer coefficient and a nanofluid/workpiece heat partition ratio of the nanofluid cutting fluid, and a grinding force and grinding temperature measurement device or a milling force and milling temperature measurement device; the nanofluid thermal conductivity measurement device is located in the fluid path system; the gas path system provides pressure for the nanofluid in the fluid path system, two nozzles lead out from the fluid path system, and the nanofluid gas spray ejected by the nozzle I is sprayed onto the surface of a workpiece I to form the measurement device for the nanofluid convective heat transfer coefficient and the nanofluid/workpiece heat partition ratio; and the nanofluid gas spray ejected by the nozzle II is sprayed onto the surface of a workpiece II to form the grinding force and grinding temperature measurement device.
