Abstract:
In a reverse osmosis fluid purification system, an input fluid is received at an input of the purification system, and a fluid purification run cycle is performed on the input fluid. The fluid purification cycle includes pumping the input fluid through a membrane with a pump at a first pressure and first flow rate to generate product fluid and waste fluid. The product fluid is provided to an external system and the waste fluid is provided to a drain port. The membrane is then rinsed after performing the fluid purification run cycle by providing the input fluid to the pump and pumping the input fluid through the membrane at a second pressure less than the first pressure and a second flow rate greater than the first flow rate for a predetermined period of time.
Abstract:
Fluid filtration devices, systems and methods are disclosed. The device comprises a pump-filter hybrid system that uses rotational motion to produce pressure to drive liquid through filter elements, capturing filtrate in an isolated chamber of the device and rejecting separated solids into a second isolated chamber. The fluid filtration device, which can be configured to filter a wide variety of fluids, comprises: an influent input manifold; an impeller bowl and filter assembly configured to rotate about an axis; a barrier and routing configuration to catch and distribute filtrate; a barrier and routing configuration to catch and distribute rejected solids.
Abstract:
A portable lubricant filtration system and method is provided for facile pre-filtering of used or new lubricant prior to pumping the lubricant into its intended machinery.
Abstract:
A liquid/solid separator system mounted on a mobile cart and connected to a process tank for reducing the rate at which fluids are consumed in manufacturing processes. The system may include automation and also may include a shear-stepped screen including tilted wire wedge wires arranged at varying cant angles. The system may include a fine screen basket received in a settling box.

Abstract:
A portable oil filtration unit 10 comprising a tank section 11 and a pump and filter unit 12 and an electrical control box 13. Operational switches are illustrated generally at 14. The unit is equipped with an inlet lance or wand 15 and an outlet lance or wand 16. The lances are located in position so that the lances have their ends at the bottom of a tank located in the tank housing 11. Thus when the unit is in a filtration mode and the pump turned on, oil will circulate from the tank through each of the lances and through the filtration unit.
Abstract:
Plant for filtering substances to be cleaned of various kind, particularly but not exclusively muds and other semi-solid or liquid dirty and polluting substances, constituted by one or more filtering devices (5) connected to each other, comprising a first circulation circuit of the substances to be cleaned introduced in to each filtering device (5) e for discharging the dirty and polluting substances after having been cleaned; a second circulation circuit of the cleaned liquids and the exit from the plant thereof, and the possible collection into suitable containers thereof; a third circulation circuit of suitable plant washing liquids, so as to clean the various plant component parts from the dirty and polluting substances remained after one or more working cycles. Plant comprising finally electronic control means, connected to the plant electric circuit, together with the different components of the same plant, and arranged to set pre-established operative programs, such as to determine a working cycle composed of in succession by a first rest step, a second filling step, a third filtering step, a fourth emptying step, and fifth discharge step, a sixth rinsing step and a seventh washing step.
Abstract:
A filtration system comprising a floor panel and a plurality of wall panels connected to each other to define a box, at least one filtering wall vertically inclined and supported inward of a corresponding wall panel such as to define a first free space therebetween, a filtering floor horizontally inclined and supported above the floor panel such as to define a second free space therebetween, the filtering floor being connected to the filtering wall to define a filter chamber, a plurality of openings defined in the filtering wall and the filtering floor sized to let a liquid pass through and retain at least one target solid within the filter chamber, an inlet in fluid communication with the filter chamber, and an outlet in fluid communication with the first and second free spaces. A method of filtering at least one target solid from a liquid is also provided.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatically cleaned filter with cotton core. Said filter comprises an outer case, a cotton core and a pump. Said case comprises a lid that can be opened to put into the cotton core, a water inlet and one or more water outlets. Said case further comprises an inside cleaning apparatus that can be operated like a washing machine to clean its cotton core inside and connected with a motor outside the case. Said filter can be used for cleaning the cotton core regularly and automatically so as to avoid need of hand-washing the cotton core, and has no necessary to frequently replace the cotton core, thus reducing using cost of the cotton core.
