摘要: A buffering structure for the side gates of a cargo box of a truck is disclosed. The buffering structure includes front and rear side gates pivotally mounted on each side of the cargo box, and a middle column interposed between the front side gate and the rear side gate. Buffer members are interposed between the middle column and the front and rear side gates to resiliently support the front and rear side gates. Since the buffer member for resiliently supporting the front and rear side gates is installed on the middle column of the cargo box, deformation of the side gates is prevented and thus the lifespan of the cargo box is extended. Also, the generation of vibration and noise by friction comfort is reduced to improve driving comfort, as well as the smooth opening and closing of the side gates.

摘要: An operator cab for heavy construction equipment is disclosed to prevent a sliding door from rocking or rattling due to a shock or vibration applied to the cab in a state that the sliding door slidably mounted on the cab is opened or closed. The operator cab includes a sidewall member with a doorway, upper, central, and lower rails provided on upper, central, and lower portions of the sidewall member, respectively, a sliding door slid by upper, central, and lower rollers engaged with the upper, central, and lower rails, respectively, to open or close the doorway, upper and lower roller holders installed on ends of the upper and lower rails, respectively, in a shape corresponding to the upper and lower rollers, and having an engaging groove receiving and supporting the upper and lower rollers when the sliding door is fully opened or closed, a locking device having a pair of male and female locking strikers which are engaged to each other at one side of the sliding door when the sliding door is fully opened, and a locking holder formed on an external periphery of a loader corresponding to the male locking striker.

摘要: A top guide is disclosed for mounting an upper portion of a door panel assembly with respect to track. The top guide includes an integrally molded plastic mounting structure having connecting portions constructed and arranged to enable the mounting structure to be connected to a door panel assembly. The mounting structure also includes first and second roller mounting portions. First and second rollers are mounted for rotation on the first and second roller mounting portions. The first roller mounting portion is formed on a portion of the integrally molded plastic mounting structure which is resiliently biased to enable the first roller mounted thereon to be in biased engagement with one of the track surfaces when the top guide is mounted with respect to the track.

摘要: A vibration preventing structure of tailgate in an automobile wherein a plurality of hitching jaws formed at a first guide bumper are restricted by a rotary member of a second bumper guide at an automobile body when the tailgate is closed, while the jaws are detached when the tailgate is opened, thereby reducing the noise generated by vibration of the tailgate when the automobile is running, the structure comprising a first guide bumper protrusively coupled at a longitudinal end of the tailgate and sequentially formed with a plurality of hitching jaws; height adjustment device for adjusting a protruded height of the first guide bumper; a second guide bumper mounted at a body in order to allow the first guide bumper to be adhered when the tailgate is closed; a rotary member rotably mounted at the second guide bumper via a rotary axle and formed with a hook to be hitched by the hitching jaw of the first guide bumper; and operating device mounted at the second guide bumper for allowing the hook to be hitched by the hitching jaw by operating the rotary member when the first and second guide bumpers are adhered and for allowing the hook to be separated when the first and second guide bumpers are detached.

摘要: A stabilizer for firmly holding a sliding door of an automotive vehicle in a closed position. The stabilizer has a female part adapted to be secured to the “B” pillar of the vehicle and a male part adapted to be secured to the door. The female part has a socket portion to receive a projection on the male part. The socket portion is in the form of a pocket having spaced confronting side walls and a bottom wall. Each side wall has spaced slots extending from the opening of the pocket toward the bottom wall. Ribs of an elastomeric material are bonded in the slots and press against the projection on the male part when the door is closed and the projection enters the pocket.

摘要: A door bumper assembly for an automotive vehicle sliding door has an adjustable bumper head with a door face for mating with a door inner surface when the door is in a closed position to provide a predetermined lateral load to the door. A bumper base is mounted between the bumper head and a vehicle body surface at a rearward end of a door track and has a hinge face for contacting a door hinge to prevent door rearward longitudinal movement when the door is moved to a fully open position. A bolt threaded on both ends is attached on a first end to the bumper head to allow lateral adjustment with respect to the bumper base, and passes through the bumper base for attachment on a second end to a vehicle body portion.
