摘要： A moving handrail is provided on a railing of a passenger conveyor. A surface portion of the moving handrail is made of a thermoplastic material. A moving handrail repairing device has heating means for melting the surface portion through heating. When the surface portion is damaged, a target spot to be repaired of the surface portion is melted through heating. After that, the target spot is cured again.

摘要： A device for cleaning the balustrade belt of an escalator. The device has two opposed compartments connected to each other and is detachably but firmly fitted to the balustrade so as to rub the moving belt by means of a connector furnished on the escalator. The device has an inward pressing spring therein to cause a wiper placed between the device and the belt to be in pressing contact with the outer surface of the belt, the wiper being firmly held inside the device proper in a notched surface formed between two protrusions thereof.

摘要： A handrail belt disinfection machine for escalators includes a base and a rolling device having a first support arm and a second support arm on both sides of the base respectively, and both sides of the rolling device are connected to the first support arm and the second support arm respectively, and the rolling device has a disinfection device and drives the operation of the disinfection device. During the use of this machine with novel structure and clever design, the rolling device is contacted with a handrail belt of an escalator, and the movement of the handrail belt drives the rolling device to rotate and further drive the disinfection device to disinfect the handrail belt. 摘要： A sanitizing system including a housing assembly and a sanitizing assembly is disclosed. The housing assembly includes a housing having lights thereon. Attached to a top of the housing is a display to present news, alerts or advertisements to users approaching an escalator or walkway with moving handrails. The housing including a curvature at a rear side that cooperates with the handrails, allowing the housing to be secured to the handrails. Within the housing is a container of the sanitizing assembly having a sanitizing solution within. The sanitizing solution is dispensed onto a sanitizing roller attached to the housing. The sanitizing roller is in abutting contact with the handrails to constantly deliver the sanitizing solution to the handrails and eliminate cross contamination bacteria from the handrails. The sanitizing roller engages a top end and lateral sides of the handrails ensuring that the handrails are always cleaned between users.
