摘要: This disclosure describes novel aralkyl imidazoles, their acid addition salts, their metal complex salts and processes for their preparation. These compounds possess biological activity and in particular are useful as systemic protectant/eradicant fungicidal agents for controlling plant diseases caused by fungi and as plant growth regulators. The metal complex salts of these compounds are particularly useful in their ability to reduce undesirable plant growth regulatory activity and phytotoxicity while retaining their ability for controlling plant diseases caused by fungi.

摘要: 2-Nitroimidazole derivatives of the general formula ##SPC1##Wherein R is a lower alkyl group and Y is a member of the group consisting of --CH.sub.2 OH, --CHO, CH.sub.3 CO--, vinyl, formylvinyl, styryl, substituted iminomethyl, 2-benzimidazolyl and 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl. The term "lower alkyl" designates aliphatic groups of from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; the term "substituted iminomethyl" designates nitrogen-containing functional derivatives of the aldehydic group. The compounds have antimicrobial activity.

摘要: The present invention provides a system for evaporating a radioactive fluid, a method for the synthesis of a radiolabelled compound including this system, and a cassette for the synthesis of a radiolabelled compound comprising this system. The present invention provides advantages over known methods for evaporation of a radioactive fluid as it reduces drastically the amount of radioactive gaseous chemicals that are released in the hot cell. It is gentler and more secure compared to the known process and provides access to radiosyntheic processes that may not been acceptable for safety reasons related to release of volatile radioactive gases during evaporation. In addition, the process yields are higher because the radioactive volatiles are labelled intermediate species.
