Abstract: A two-speed transmission for towed agricultural equipment activated through power take-off of a towing machine comprising an input shaft. A pinion arranged on the input shaft entering into a transmission box activated by the input shaft through a hypoid tooth and/or conical coupling; a crown gear fixed onto an intermediate shaft arranged orthogonal to the input shaft having two different dimension gears. One of the two gears with a clutch is connected to the intermediate shaft, the gears of which being coupled with a gear on an output shaft. The connection of the intermediate shaft/gear of the output shaft without clutch one of the gears has a free wheel connection with the respective shaft. The output shaft is arranged in the same plane as the input shaft and the output shaft is connected at its two ends outside the transmission box with a shredding head.

Abstract: A power transmission apparatus for a vehicle may include: a first, second, third, and fourth input shaft; an output shaft; an idle shaft; a fixed transmission performing shifts to fixed shift stages depending on gear ratios of four change gear trains; and a torque assist driving and electronic continuously variable automatic transmission performing a torque assist for a torque input from the fixed transmission and performing electric vehicle driving and electronic continuously variable automatic transmission functions to output the torque through the output shaft. The disclosed power transmission apparatus implements fixed shift stages of four forward speeds and one reverse speed in a dual clutch transmission (DCT) structure that uses three synchronizers. The disclosed power transmission apparatus improves fuel consumption and acceleration performance by adding one planetary gear set and a motor/generator to enable driving in an electric vehicle (EV) mode and an electronic continuously variable automatic transmission (e-CVT) mode.

Abstract: A dual-independent powertrain for a vehicle includes a transmission enclosure that houses a first transmission and a second transmission that are mechanically decoupled from each other. The enclosure includes a central frame, a first enclosure cover that interfaces with the central frame to collectively define a first transmission region on a first side of the central frame, and a second enclosure cover that interfaces with the central frame to collectively define a second transmission region on a second side of the central frame. The first transmission is housed within the first transmission region, and the second transmission is house within the second transmission region. Each transmission includes a motor-interfacing shaft that interfaces with a respective electric motor, a drive-interfacing shaft that interfaces with a respective drive wheel of a vehicle, and a multi-stage gear train mechanically coupling the motor-interfacing shaft and the drive-interfacing shaft.

Abstract: Inductor cooling systems and methods are disclosed. A vehicle may include a transmission case including a coolant inlet and an inductor assembly having a flange extending around a periphery thereof. A thermally conductive cover having a sealing surface may form a seal with the flange. A cavity may be defined between the cover and the inductor assembly and configured to receive coolant from the coolant inlet. A thermal interface material (TIM) may be in contact with a surface of the cover and a surface of the transmission case. The TIM may be a solid or a paste-like substance. If the TIM is solid, it may be in a state of compression between a bottom surface of the cover and the surface of the transmission case. The TIM may transfer heat from coolant in the cavity to the transmission case while the coolant is not being circulated.
