摘要: A button water-stopping device has a button mechanism that can be glidingly connected to a main body, a shaking plate that can be asway set in the main body. The main body has a water channel that can penetrate the main body and a division board that is hermetically set in the water channel and has the first water hole that penetrates the division board. The button mechanism has a button and an elastic rod which is fixed under the button, and reaches into the water channel. The shaking plate has the second water hole that penetrates the shaking plate and a control groove which has two cooperative grooves. The elastic rod reaches into the control groove and can alternatively resist one of the two cooperative grooves to make the shaking plate swing left or right.

摘要: The present invention provides an in-line valve cartridge for use in sanitary fittings. The valve cartridge of the present invention includes a generally cylindrical housing having a proximate extent for support in a sanitary fitting, a distal extent from which water leaves the cartridge and a longitudinal body extending therebetween. The body has a thickness delineated by inner and outer peripheral surfaces with the inner peripheral surface further defining an elongated lumen thereby. The housing further includes an annular aperture that accommodates placement of a driving member therethrough and includes opposing extents that operate as stops for the driving member and correspond to the valve cartridge's open and closed positions. In addition, rotating and stationary ceramic disks are disposed in tandem wherein the stationary disk has at least one aperture for through flow of cold water, hot water or a combination thereof. At least one protrusion depends outwardly from a portion of the inner peripheral surface adjacent the proximate extent so as to define at least one each of a corresponding proximate seat and a distal seat therein. The proximate and distal seats support an additional valve element in the lumen. A piston is disposed in communication with the driving member such that translational movement of the driving member along the annular aperture imparts rotational motion to the rotating disk, thereby effecting linear fluid flow through the piston and consequently through the cartridge.

摘要: A flow control module has a valve body with a bore extending therethrough and a first disc occupying substantially the entire area of the bore and having at least one aperture extending therethrough. The valve body also includes a second disc adjacent to the first disc wherein the second disc also occupies substantially the entire area of the bore and has at least one aperture extending therethrough. The discs are rotated so that the apertures may align to increase or to reduce flow therethrough. The valve body also includes a check valve proximate to the first disc and the second disc to close and prevent backflow. Arranging multiple flow control modules in line in a system provides incremental pressure drops to achieve a total pressure drop in stages while minimizing or eliminating cavitation.

摘要: When a fluid flow channel is interrupted while an electronic circuit unit 50 including a microcomputer 51 and the like receives electric source power, a flow control valve is displaced to a predetermined position closer to a first end of both ends of a motion range of the flow control valve in the fluid flow channel by a stepping motor 29. When the supply of electric source power is restarted after the supply of electric source power to the electronic circuit unit 50 is stopped, a predetermined number of pulses capable of displacing the flow control valve from the first end to a home position are supplied to the stepping motor 29 to displace the flow control valve to the home position with a second end of both ends of the motion range of the flow control valve being the home position of the flow control valve. Thus, the flow control valve is shifted to the home position while preventing occurrence of a disorder of the stepping motor, abnormal sounds and vibrations, in a simple configuration, without requiring means for detecting arrival of the flow control valve at the home position.

摘要: An in-line water shut-off valve is provided including a tailpipe which is attached to a main water line in order to form a “T” or 90° “L” which protrudes from the wall of the building and upon which is attached a cap which is threadably and rotatably attached and includes a plug therein so that upon rotation into a closed position, the plug will block the through flow bore of the tailpipe. After the installation of fixtures, the water supply line of the fixture may be threadingly attached to an outlet of the cap and the cap rotated 180 degrees to open the valve in order to allow for the flow of water; without the need of cutting off and replacing caps, soldering additional caps or valves or turning off the main water supply.
