摘要: A display control apparatus controls display of a transparent display which includes a screen configured to transmit light arriving from an object located on a side of a second surface so that the object is viewable from a viewpoint located on a side of a first surface which is an opposite surface to the second surface. The display control apparatus includes: an acquisition unit that acquires position information indicating relative positional relations between the transparent display and the viewpoint and between the transparent display and the object; and a display control unit that controls the display of the transparent display based on the position information.

摘要: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided to facilitate the manipulation of medical images. In the context of a method, the position of a user's hand upon a touch sensitive input device may be determined. Determining the position may include detecting instances in which the user's hand is in either a first or second positions upon the touch sensitive input device. In the first position, the method may also include enabling a first image manipulation mode in which a first image manipulation operation is enabled and interpreting a first type of input to be directing the first image manipulation operation. However, in the second position, the method may include enabling a second image manipulation mode in which a second image manipulation operation is enabled and interpreting the first type of input to be directing the second image manipulation operation instead of the first image manipulation operation.

摘要: The present invention provides a displacement estimation method including the steps of: acquiring an image frame and determining a quality threshold according to a sampling parameter; calculating a quality parameter of the image frame; and comparing the quality parameter and the quality threshold to determine whether to post-process the image frame. In the displacement estimation method of the present invention, the quality threshold can be adjusted dynamically so as to reduce the possibility of outputting error displacement. The present invention further provides a displacement estimation device.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a hit testing method and apparatus. The method includes: replacing color values of pixels of objects displayed on the screen with corresponding identifier (ID) values of the objects; storing the ID values in a bitmap array, wherein each element of the bitmap array corresponds to one or more pixels of a respective object; in response to capturing a hit event, acquiring a hit coordinate on the screen corresponding to the hit event; determining a bitmap array element corresponding to the hit coordinate; and identifying an object related to the hit event, according to the ID value associated with the bitmap array element.

摘要: The present invention relates to interfaces and methods for producing input for software applications based on the absolute pose of an item manipulated or worn by a user in a three-dimensional environment. Absolute pose in the sense of the present invention means both the position and the orientation of the item as described in a stable frame defined in that three-dimensional environment. The invention describes how to recover the absolute pose with optical hardware and methods, and how to map at least one of the recovered absolute pose parameters to the three translational and three rotational degrees of freedom available to the item to generate useful input. The applications that can most benefit from the interfaces and methods of the invention involve 3D virtual spaces including augmented reality and mixed reality environments.

摘要: Disclosed are a remote controller, a remote controlling method, and a display system having the same. An image displayed on a display apparatus may be converted by using one remote controller. The display system may perform a converting the image by using one remote controller, without implementing a touch screen on the display apparatus or using two or more remote controllers for multi-touch. This may enhance a user's convenience and reduce fabrication costs.
