Abstract: A system and method for tracking the components of a computing device is disclosed. Each of the components of the computing devices includes identification data. At least one bus is coupled to the components. A memory device stores identification information corresponding with each of the components. A management controller is coupled to the bus and the memory device. The management controller periodically requests identification data from each of the components over the bus. The management controller receives the requested identification data from each of the components. The management controller compares the received identification data with the stored identification data to determine if any of the components has been replaced.

Abstract: An image capturing device is provided. The image capturing device includes a device housing, a lens module, a restriction unit, and a latch. The device housing has an insertion slot. The lens module pivots on the device housing. Relative to the device housing, the lens module is adapted to be rotated between a first module orientation and a second module orientation. The restriction unit is disposed in the device housing. The latch passes through the insertion slot of the device housing, wherein the latch is adapted to be moved between a first latch position and a second latch position. When the latch is in the first latch position, the latch sufficiently pushes the restriction unit. When the latch is in the second latch position, the pressure from the latch applied to the restriction unit is decreased.

Abstract: An oral-area positioning device is provided in the invention. The oral-area positioning device includes a storage device, a positioning circuit and a calculation circuit. Abstract: A cable-gland system provides a sealing function to openings in an electronic chassis that receive cables. The cable-gland system comprises a plurality of individual cable glands. Each of the plurality of individual cable glands includes an exterior end to be positioned adjacent an exterior of the chassis, and an interior end for positioning within the chassis. Each of the plurality of individual cable glands includes a through-hole extending between the exterior and interior ends for receiving one of the cables, and an outer surface between the exterior and interior ends. Each of the plurality of individual cable glands has a male projection on one side of the outer surface and a female recess on an opposing side of the outer surface. The cable glands are connectable to form the cable-gland system by mating the male projection on one cable gland with the female recess of an adjacent cable gland.

Abstract: An air-duct assembly for a server comprises a main portion and an extension piece. The main portion has a first end region for receiving air from a fan and a second end region with a first attachment feature. The extension piece has a second attachment feature for mating with the first attachment feature. The extension piece guides the air from the second end region of the main portion to a terminal end of the extension piece. The air-duct assembly can be used with a first heat exchanger in a first configuration in which the extension piece is mated to the main portion, and the first heat exchanger is located within the extension piece. The air-duct assembly can also be used with a second heat exchanger in a second configuration in which only the main portion is used by itself and the second heat exchanger is located within the main portion.
