Abstract: A disclosed method may include (i) receiving, by a centralized unit-control plane node within a telecommunications network, an indication for a user equipment to establish a session at least in part by being assigned a centralized unit-user plane node, (ii) forwarding, by the centralized unit-control plane node to a radio access network repository function within a corresponding radio access network, centralized unit-user plane discovery information for the user equipment, (iii) receiving, from the radio access network repository function, in response to forwarding the centralized unit-user plane discovery information, identifying information for at least one centralized unit-user plane node, (iv) assigning, by the centralized unit-control plane node and based on the received identifying information for the at least one centralized unit-user plane node, a specific centralized unit-user plane node to the user equipment. Related systems and computer-readable mediums are further disclosed.

Abstract: Various embodiments of apparatus, systems and/or methods are described for providing an in-service upgrading of software for a radio access network (RAN) distributed unit (DU). First, a software upgrade is received at the DU, where the DU is split into a first DU pod and a second DU pod. The amount of traffic is drained at the first DU pod so that the second DU pod handles all user equipment (UE) traffic for the DU. When the traffic has been drained for the first DU pod, the software upgrade is installed for the first DU pod, and the first DU pod running the upgraded software is redeployed.

Abstract: A computer system receives a verification request from a computer device associated with a digital wallet. The verification request includes identification information identifying an entity associated with the wallet. In response to receiving the verification request, the computer system generates an identity verification token using the KYC standard and based on the identification information. The an identity verification token verifies the entity associated with the wallet. The computer system transmits the identity verification token to the computer device for performing a cryptographic transaction linked to the wallet. The computer system receives a validation request associated with the cryptographic transaction from a transaction server. The validation request includes the identity verification token. In response to receiving the validation request, the computer system validates the identity verification token to generate validation information. The computer system transmits the validation information to the transaction server for performing the cryptographic transaction.
