摘要: An imaging device adapted to provide eye-tracking data by imaging at least one eye of a viewer, wherein: the imaging device is switchable between at least an active mode and a ready mode; the imaging device is configured, in the active mode, to use active eye illumination, which enables tracking of a corneal reflection, and to provide eye tracking data which include eye position and eye orientation; and the imaging device is configured, in the ready mode, to reduce an illumination intensity from a value the illumination intensity has in the active mode.

摘要: A method includes obtaining an image of an eye in a bright-pupil imaging mode in which a retinal retro-reflection complements the image of the eye in the bright-pupil mode, and obtaining an image of the eye in a dark-pupil imaging mode in which a cornea-scleral retro-reflection complements the image of the eye in the dark-pupil mode. One of the bright-pupil imaging mode and the dark-pupil imaging mode is selected based on quality of obtained images.

摘要: Techniques for updating a user interface on a computer system are described. In an example, the computer system detects a gaze position on the user interface. The user interface includes a first open window and a second open window. The first open window is in a foreground of the user interface. The second open window is in a background of the user interface. The computer system determines a region of the user interface around the gaze position. The computer system also displays a viewer based on the region. The viewer is displayed in the foreground of the user interface and shows a screenshot of at least a portion of the second open window.

摘要: Head pose information may be determined using information describing a fixed gaze and image data corresponding to a user's eyes. The head pose information may be determined in a manner that is disregards facial features with the exception of the user's eyes. The head pose information may be useable to interact with a user device.

摘要: According to the invention, a system for tracking a gaze of a user across a multi-display arrangement is disclosed. The system may include a first display, a first eye tracking device, a second display, a second eye tracking device, and a processor. The first eye tracking device may be configured to determine a user's gaze direction while the user is gazing at the first display. The second eye tracking device may be configured to determine the user's gaze direction while the user is gazing at the second display. The processor may be configured to determine that the user's gaze has moved away from the first display in a direction of the second display, and in response to determining that the user's gaze has moved away from the first display in the direction of the second display, deactivate the first eye tracking device, and activate the second eye tracking device.

摘要: According to the invention, a method for changing a display based on a gaze point of a user on the display is disclosed. The method may include determining a gaze point of a user on a display. The method may also include causing a first area of the display to be displayed in a first manner, the first area including the gaze point and a surrounding area. The method may further include causing a second area of the display to be displayed in a second manner, the second area being different than the first area, and the second manner being different than the first manner.

摘要: A graphics presentation apparatus including a display unit, an eye-tracking module, and a data output module. The eye-tracking module registers image data representing at least one eye of a user of the apparatus. Furthermore, the eye-tracking module determines, based on the registered image data, an orientation of the at least one eye relative to the display unit. Finally, in response thereto, the eye-tracking module generates a control signal controlling the data output module to produce visual content with such orientation on the display unit that a misalignment between the orientation of said at least one part and the orientation of the at least one eye of the user is minimized.

摘要: A method for rotating a field of view represented by a displayed image is disclosed. The method may include displaying a first image representing a first field of view. The method may also include determining a gaze direction of a user toward the first image. The method may further include identifying a subject in the first image at which the gaze direction is directed, wherein the subject is in a first direction from a center of the first image. The method may further include receiving a directional input in a second direction. The method may additionally include, based at least in part on the second direction being substantially the same as the first direction, displaying a second image representing a second field of view, wherein the subject is centered in the second image.

摘要: A method for panning content on a display of a wearable device is disclosed. The method may include determining, via an eye tracking device, a gaze direction of a user. The method may also include determining, via a movement detection system, a head direction of the user. The method may further include, based at least in part on the gaze direction and the head direction both being consistent with a particular direction, causing content displayed on a display of the wearable device to be panned in the particular direction. The method may additionally include determining during panning of the content, via the eye tracking device, that the gaze direction of the user has returned to a neutral position. The method may moreover include, based at least in part on the gaze direction of the user returning to the neutral position, causing content displayed on the display to stop panning.
