A left-side ring magnet and a right-side ring magnet are fastened to a roller-shaped operation part, circumferentially displaced from each other by a certain angle. Magnetic variation generated by rotation of the magnets is detected by a magnetism detection element. Additionally, a left-side stationary magnet and a right-side stationary magnet, with the same magnetic pole, are annexed correspondingly to the left-side ring magnet and the right-side ring magnet, respectively, so that the stationary magnets are arranged with the same proximal arrangement relative to the ring magnets, respectively. With such a structure, two attractive and repulsive forces between the left-side ring magnet and the left-side stationary magnet; and between the right-side ring magnet and the right-side stationary magnet are totally exerted on the operation part, thereby providing a sharp, clear click touch during rotation.

A filler pipe arrangement structure (20) includes left and right rear side frames (12, 13) extending longitudinally of a vehicle body, and a rear cross member (16) disposed in the vicinity of rear axles and extending crosswise between the rear side frames so as to reinforce the rear side frames. A filler pipe (31) connected at an upper end to a fueling port (33) of the vehicle body and having a lower end connected via a filler hose (32) to a fuel tank (18) is attached to a left front portion (24) of the left rear side frame located forwardly of the rear cross member.

A fuel feed apparatus includes a lid member that plugs an opening of a fuel tank. A protruding member protrudes from the lid member into an inside of the fuel tank. A sub-tank is accommodated in the fuel tank. The sub-tank is axially movable relative to the lid member. A pump module is accommodated in the sub-tank. The pump module includes a fuel pump and a fuel filter. The fuel pump pumps fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel filter circumferentially surrounds the fuel pump for removing foreign matters contained in fuel discharged from the fuel pump. A supporting member connects the pump module with the sub-tank. The supporting member extends inwardly with respect to a substantially radial direction of the sub-tank. The supporting member defines a recess on a side of the lid member. The protruding member is adapted to be inserted in the recess.

By providing a coloring agent, which is brought in contact with the liquid fuel leaked from an outer peripheral portion of the liquid fuel holding section that is configured to hold the liquid fuel and by which the contact portion is changed in color, in at least part of the outer peripheral portion, the leakage of the liquid fuel from the liquid fuel holding section can be visually detected swiftly and easily without providing any special detection device.

A routing guide system has memory means provided outside a mobile body for storing data of images at a plurality of guide points. The routing guide system also has distance measuring means for measuring the distance from the current position of the mobile body to the next guide point. The routing guide system also has image request generation means for generating an image request for the next guide point when the distance measured by the distance measuring means is not more than a first predetermined distance. The routing guide system also has transmission means provided outside the mobile body for reading from the memory means an image of the next guide point in response to the image request and for transmitting that image to the mobile body. The routing guide system also has display control means for causing the mobile body to receive the image transmitted from the transmission means and causing a display device to display the image.

The object of the present invention is to provide a liquid fuel storage container for fuel cell capable of storing liquid fuel to be supplied to a liquid-fuel direct-supply type fuel cell and stably supplying liquid fuel for a long time, and also provide a fuel-cell system. The present invention employs a fuel-supplying pipe (120) extending within a tank member (110) for supplying liquid fuel (185) and having flexibility, and provides a weight member (122) at a portion near a suction port (121) for liquid fuel on the fuel-supplying pipe. Accordingly, the suction port can move to a portion where the liquid fuel exists, anytime, and can be kept immersed in the liquid fuel. This enables stably supplying fuel even when the fuel cell is mounted on a portable electronic apparatus.

A communicating apparatus performs an asynchronous communication with a base station. The communicating apparatus is provided with: a receiving device for receiving a down link signal, which is transmitted from the base station and in which a division signal is inserted for each of constant time intervals; a detecting device for detecting division signals out of the received down link signal, in phase to the constant time intervals; an adding device for adding the detected division signals over a predetermined time duration, which is longer than the constant time interval, with matching phases for each of the constant time intervals, so as to generate accumulated additional values; and a memory device for storing the accumulated additional values generated by the adding device, to thereby perform synchronization capturing with the base station on the basis of the accumulated additional values added over the predetermined time duration and stored in the memory device.

The shape of the non-conductive section is adjusted according to a desired frequency characteristic.
