Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composite material or a thermoplastic resin composite material particle that includes cellulose fibers, can be used to obtain a molded article excellent in mechanical properties such as strength, and is so excellent in fluidity during melting as to be excellent in molding processability. A thermoplastic resin composite material including cellulose fibers, a compatibilizer, and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the cellulose fibers substantially include only fibers having a fiber diameter of 1 to 50 μm and a fiber length of 10 to 400 μm, a composition ratio by mass of the cellulose fibers to the thermoplastic resin is 10:90 to 80:20, and arbitrary 10 sections of the thermoplastic resin composite material have a standard deviation of a proportion of an area occupied by the cellulose fibers per predetermined area, the standard deviation being 15% or less.

Abstract: An electrostatic chuck device is provided in which the occurrence of cracking in a ceramic layer, the cracking being caused by a difference in thermal expansion between a substrate and a sleeve due to heat generated during formation of the ceramic layer, is suppressed. The electrostatic chuck device includes a substrate, a laminated body that is laminated on the substrate and that includes at least an internal electrode, and a ceramic layer that is laminated on the upper surface of the laminated body in the thickness direction. The electrostatic chuck device is such that the substrate has a through-hole provided so as to pass through in the thickness direction, a sleeve formed from an insulating material is inserted into the through-hole, and the sleeve is joined to the through-hole via a joining means at an upper portion of the substrate in the thickness direction.

The polyolefin resin layer contains a component representing a polyolefin-based elastomer and a component representing a thermosetting resin. The percentage by mass of the component in the polyolefin resin layer ranges from 50 wt. % to 95 wt. %.

The light diffusion film laminate includes an anisotropic light diffusion layer whose linear transmittance varies depending on the incident angle of the light; and an isotropic light diffusion layer provided on one surface of the anisotropic light diffusion layer, wherein the anisotropic light diffusion layer has a matrix region, and a pillar region composed of a plurality of pillar structures in the anisotropic light diffusion layer, wherein a scattering central axis angle of the anisotropic light diffusion layer is −5° or more and +5° or less with respect to a normal direction of the anisotropic light diffusion layer, and wherein the light diffusion film laminate for the reflective display device includes the anisotropic light diffusion layer and the isotropic light diffusion layer in this order from a viewing side of the reflected light.
