摘要： An electrically driven power steering apparatus is structured such that a large impact on a rack shaft occurs upon an impingement of a steering stopper, and, even when an axial force acting on a ball bearing of a presser member becomes zero, a rotation of the presser member is hindered by caulking c at a thin plate member. Therefore, the presser member does not slacken, and a predetermined axial force can be given again to the ball bearing when the impact dissipates. The thus structured power steering apparatus exhibiting, though the cost is low, an excellent shockproof characteristic and capable of preventing the bearing from coming off a ball screw nut, can be provided.

A loading cam device is arranged so as to press the second frictional surface toward the first frictional surface at the time of driving. This further disc is rotatably supported by an angular-type ball bearing relative to the second rotary shaft and the first-mentioned disc in the environs of the second rotary shaft in a state that this further disc is prevented from being displaced in a direction to be separated from the first-mentioned disc.

摘要： A liquid crystal modulation element and a projection-type liquid crystal display apparatus are provided for maintaining color purity and improving luminance of an image. Microlenses each provided for every three pixel electrodes condense color rays of B, R and G incident at mutually different angles and have the rays enter the pixels of the respective colors. Trimming filters are each provided on the respective pixel electrodes for intercepting rays leaking onto the own pixel electrode of the color rays to enter the neighboring pixel electrodes. As a result, a reduction in color purity due to color mixture is prevented even if the incident divergence angles of the color rays entering a liquid crystal panel are large. Since the incident divergence angles may be relatively large, the amount of diaphragming in the optical projection system may be reduced. A large quantity of light is thereby obtained.
