摘要： A mounting head exchange apparatus for a part mounting machine includes a moving unit as a part mounting portion for mounting parts onto a circuit board and the like, head holding portions, and a plurality of mounting heads provided at the head holding portions. Each of the mounting heads has a suction nozzle for attracting parts, and sets of position regulating claws for effecting positioning of the attracted parts. The mounting heads provided at the holding portions are so arranged that a predetermined mounting head is selected from them and detachably mounted to the moving unit. Thus, the mounting heads each provided with the position regulating claws and the suction nozzle may be exchanged as one unit.

摘要： A parts feeder includes a stock unit containing a plurality of magazine units arranged side by side and each storing a stack of magazines accommodating an array of parts, and a supply unit for supporting magazines delivered respectively from the magazine units in the stock unit. Parts can be supplied, one at a time, from any of the magazines in the supply unit. The supply unit is movable independently of the stock unit. When any magazine unit runs short of magazines, such a magazine unit can be supplied with new magazines loaded with parts without shutdown of the parts feeder.

摘要： An automatic board transfer apparatus transfers, positions and delivers boards and comprises an arm which is reciprocable along guides for horizontally guiding the boards and which is vertically movable perpendicularly to the plane of the boards. A pusher and a pin are installed on the arm. The board is transferred in advance along the guides by the pusher and on the way a pin is inserted into the reference hole of the board to thereby transfer the board. Thus, variations in the position of the reference hole of the board caused by reversing the board and variations in board length are accommodated without adjustment, thus making continuous production possible.

摘要： A tiltable steering wheel apparatus comprises a tilting mechanism provided under a grip portion of a steering wheel. The tilting mechanism includes a steering wheel support member for supporting the steering wheel to be tiltable about a pivotal axis extending along a transverse direction of a vehicle body, and a control lever switchable between a tilting allowing mode for allowing tilting movement of the steering wheel and a tilting preventing mode for preventing tilting movement of the steering wheel. The control lever has an extension extending toward the grip portion with a manual control portion provided in a distal end thereof to be operable with the fingers of the operator holding the grip portion of the steering wheel.
