摘要: (EN) The invention relates to a method for waterproofing lignocellulosic materials by impregnating the lignocellulosic material with a waterproofing agent, whereby the lignocellulosic material is impregnated with a hardenable aqueous composition before or during waterproofing, said composition containing at least one cross-linkable compound, selected from a) low-molecular weight compounds V, having at least two N-bonded groups of formula CH2OH, wherein R=hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, and/or one 1,2-bis-hydroxyethan-1,2-diyl group, bridging two nitrogen atoms, β) precondensates of the compound V and & gammad;) reaction products or mixtures of the compound V with at least one alcohol, selected from C1-C6 alkanols, C2-C6 polyols and oligo-C2-C4-alkylene glycols.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for impregnating lignocellulosic materials, in particular, wood, wood materials or materials for manufacturing wood materials, with effect agents. The invention also relates to novel compositions, containing effect agents. 摘要: An arrangement for pouring a pourable melt made up of a copper alloy, which comprises a melting furnace, pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis, having a pouring tube which discharges pourable melt and through which the pourable melt can be conveyed under a shielding gas atmosphere to a filling end of a launder and can be conveyed through an outlet of the launder to a mold. The filling end of the launder is coverable by a hood that seals off the pourable melt from the atmosphere, the pouring tube engaging, with interposition of a seal arrangement, in pivotably movable fashion into the hood. As a result, the pourable melt can be transferred into the launder under a shielding gas atmosphere upon pivoting of the melting furnace and the pouring tub.

摘要: To continuously cast thin slabs or round ingots from copper alloys, which slabs or ingots have a diameter of 8 to 40 mm, the present method electromagnetically agitates the melt found inside the ingot mold. By properly dimensioning the agitator coil, the agitation power inside the melt is limited to within a range of about 0.5 to 100 W/cm3, while the pull-off rate of the casting strand is limited to within a range of 0.05 to 1.3 m/min.

摘要: The trouble free operation of a continuous casting process utilizing a moving electromagnetic field for levitation requires information of sufficient accuracy concerning the position and extent of the solidification front inside the continuous casting die. The method and structure according to the invention for monitoring the solidification process employs signals from at least two sensor coils arranged concentrically around the continuous casting die. These signals are fed to a measuring transducer and processed in an appropriate manner. The configuration of the sensor coils inside the levitation coil generating the moving field is particularly preferred.
