摘要: An automatic hub type identifying device and a method for identifying a hub type using the device are provided. The device includes a feed roller bed, an electronic belt scale, a transfer roller bed, an identification device, a discharge roller bed and a processor, in which the feed roller bed is configured to convey a hub to the electronic belt scale; the electronic belt scale is in data connection with the processor, and is configured to weigh the hub conveyed by the feed roller bed and transmit the weighing result to the processor; the transfer roller bed is configured to transfer the hub from the electronic belt scale to the identification device; and the identification device includes servo drive devices and micro contact displacement detecting devices connected to the servo drive devices.

摘要: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process for manufacturing an aluminum alloy wheel. The process flow comprises: casting, de-flashing, soaking, spinning, thermal treatment, de-gating, X-ray and machining. The process reduces the cost by about 18 yuan/piece and reduces the weight of the finished product by 0.7-1.1 Kg by improving the casting production efficiency and the product quality, saving original cooling compressed air, canceling pre-machining, preheating and spinning the thermal blank, thermally treating the thermal blank and the like, has the cost equivalent to the comprehensive manufacturing cost of an ordinary cast wheel, and improves the market competitiveness of the cast-spun wheel. The process realizes short flow, light weight and low cost for manufacturing a cast-spun wheel, achieves intelligence of machining, and is suitable for automatic production of large-batch cast-spun wheels.

摘要: The present invention provides a water spot cooling device of a bottom mold for wheel hub casting, a method for cooling a bottom mold by using the device, and a method for manufacturing the device. The device and the method of the present invention have the advantages that multi-path spot cooling required by spoke cooling is integrated into one device; the influence of backwater on the mold is eliminated and stable production is benefited; the effluent water from the multi-path spot cooling is gathered to one backwater opening through a backwater crossing and a backwater annular passage, thereby simplifying a backwater device and making the pipeline connection of the device simpler; and there is no special part in the whole device so that the machining cost is reduced and the maintenance is more convenient.

摘要: The present invention provides an integrated mold for casting of wheels. The integrated mold has an upper mold, integrated side molds and a lower mold, wherein the number of the integrated side molds is four in the circumferential direction of the wheel mold. Thermal deformation circular arc compensation surfaces are formed by processing on an upper and lower one-fourth circular arc part of each integrated side mold, and compensation surfaces are formed by processing on key parts of 45-degree matching surfaces of the adjacent integrated side molds. The integrated side molds can effectively solve the problems such as imprecise matching of the matching surfaces, parting-line flashes of the matching surfaces and adhesion of aluminum caused by thermal deformation of the integrated side molds.
