摘要: A method and network element for sending a transition indication to transition a user equipment to a different state or mode, the method receiving a configuration message from a network; and transmitting a transition indication from the user equipment, the transition indication only includes a cause if the configuration message contains an inhibit transition indication. Also, a method and user equipment for processing a transitioning indication from a user equipment indicating the user equipment desires a transition to a different state or mode, the method comprising: receiving the transition indication from the user equipment; if the transition indication contains a cause: releasing a signaling connection of the user equipment or transitioning the user equipment to a different state or mode; and if the transition indication does not contain the cause: releasing the signaling connection.

摘要: Systems and methods for signalling transitions between talk-spurt state and silence state for wireless terminals having semi-persistently allocated uplink resources are employed. A layer ½ indication of the state transitions may be transmitted using a resource that is specifically allocated for that purpose. Alternatively, ACK/NACK signalling may be employed. Layer 1 indications may be employed for both state transition types. Alternatively, in-band MAC layer signalling may be used to signal state transition from talk-spurt state to silence, or the network may deduce this state transition on its own. A different uplink wireless transition resource is allocated for the talk-spurt state vs. the silence state.

摘要: A projection optical system having a magnification side and a reduction side for forming a magnified image on a magnification side image surface conjugate with a reduction side conjugate image surface includes, arranged in order from the reduction side, a first imaging system including a plurality of lens elements and lens components and a second imaging system including a mirror having a concave, aspheric reflecting surface. An intermediate image is formed between the first imaging system and the second imaging system. The projection optical system satisfies specified conditions related to the travel of principal rays through the projection optical system and related to the Abbe number of a lens element having positive refractive power of the first imaging system. A projection display device includes the projection optical system and may include a light valve for modulating a light beam for projection on a screen.

摘要: An access controller controls access to control target resources by a program. The access controller includes a function access detection unit and a resource access control unit. The function access detection unit detects loading of a control target function from the program and generates identification information to specify an access request issued from the detected control target function. The resource access control unit obtains a request of accessing the control target resources from the program and determines permission of the access request based on the identification information.

摘要: A plasma processing apparatus performs a specific plasma processing on a target substrate by disposing a first and a second electrode to face each other in a processing chamber, and supplying high-frequency electric power to at least one of the first and the second electrodes to thereby generate a plasma while introducing a processing gas onto the target substrate supported by the second electrode. The electrode for use as the first electrode includes: an electrode plate facing the second electrode; a support for supporting the electrode plate, wherein the support is in contact with a surface of the electrode plate and the surface is opposite to the second electrode; and a dielectric portion, provided on a contact surface of the support with the electrode plate, and having a shape in which a center portion thereof has a height different from that of an edge portion thereof.

摘要: A feature extraction unit (23) extracts features of an object of interest included in an image. A local region setting unit (24) sets a local region that includes a feature group required to obtain the shape of the object and a local region that includes a feature group required to obtain the positional relationship. A feature vector generation unit (25) calculates feature vector data in the set local regions. An object recognition unit (26) determines which of different objects the object of interest is, on the basis of the feature vectors.
