Abstract: Example data transmission methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes obtaining first configuration information by a terminal device. The first configuration information includes at least one first bearer identifier and path configuration information corresponding to the first bearer identifier, and the path configuration information corresponding to the first bearer identifier includes at least one of a sidelink transmission path or a network device forwarding transmission path. The terminal device obtains first service data and a second bearer identifier corresponding to the first service data, and selects a transmission path for the first service data based on the first bearer identifier, the second bearer identifier, and the path configuration information. The terminal device transmits the first service data on the transmission path.

Abstract: This application provides a service data transmission method and apparatus, and the method includes: obtaining first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first service feature parameter and a first resource parameter corresponding to the first service feature parameter; obtaining to-be-sent service data and a second service feature parameter corresponding to the to-be-sent service data; determining, based on the first service feature parameter, the second service feature parameter, and the first resource parameter, a second resource parameter for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; selecting, based on the second resource parameter, an available resource for transmitting the to-be-sent service data; and transmitting the to-be-sent service data by using the available resource. In this way, the service feature parameter of the service data is considered while the available resource is determined, to determine the resource parameter based on the service feature parameter, thereby better satisfying a delay requirement of a low-delay service.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a D2D data transfer method, and user equipment and a network device that use the method. In one method, user equipment determines a logical channel used for to-be-transmitted Device to Device (D2D) data. The user equipment determines a logical channel group corresponding to the logical channel. The user equipment reports, to a network device, a D2D data volume of the logical channel group for the user equipment. The user equipment sends, on a D2D resource that is allocated by the network device to the user equipment according to the D2D data volume, the to-be-transmitted D2D data to another user equipment by using the determined logical channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell handover method and a device. so that the target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after UE is handed over and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the UE is handed over; receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. This avoids a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.

Abstract: This application provides a measurement method, a terminal device, and an access network device. The measurement method includes: measuring, by a terminal device, signal quality of a plurality of beams, where the signal quality of the plurality of beams is obtained by using synchronization signal blocks; the signal quality of the plurality of beams includes signal quality of a same beam at different moments, and the plurality of beams belong to one cell; and obtaining, by the terminal device, signal quality of the cell based on the signal quality of the plurality of beams. In this way, cell measurement based on a synchronization signal is implemented, and the signal quality of the cell obtained based on the signal quality of the plurality of beams at the different moments is more accurate.
