摘要: An electro-hydraulic variable valve lift apparatus includes a housing, a driving cam, a pump piston which forms a main chamber with the housing, reciprocates within the housing according to rotation of the driving cam, and forms hydraulic pressure within the main chamber, a pump piston elastic portion disposed for elastically supporting the pump piston, an oil pressure controller communicating with the main chamber in order to control hydraulic pressure within the main chamber, a hydraulic piston slidably disposed within the housing, includes a first body having a first diameter and a second body having a second diameter larger than the first diameter, and is connected with a valve, and a piston guide disposed between the housing and the hydraulic piston for guiding the hydraulic piston.

摘要: A tappet apparatus cooperates with a valve and a cam. The apparatus includes a case to reciprocate motion of the cam; and a locking unit in the ease, movable between an activated position at which the valve reciprocates motion of the case, and a deactivated position at which the valve is stationary regardless of the motion of the case. The locking unit may include first and second passages in the case; a pin, movable between a first and a second position within the first passage; and a column in the second passage. The pin may be situated in the column when the pin is in the second position. The activated position may be defined by the pin being in the first position, and the deactivated position may be defined by the pin being in the second position.

摘要: A variable compression ratio apparatus may include a cylinder block and a mounting hole formed at a side surface thereof; a connecting rod pivotally connected to the piston; a crankshaft provided with a central axis, a bearing seat coaxially disposed with the central axis, and a crank pin formed in a crank arm connecting the bearing seat with the central axis of the crank pin eccentrically, wherein the crank pin is rotatably connected to the connecting rod; and an eccentric bearing provided with a bearing central axis and a crank mounting hole formed eccentrically to the bearing central axis, the crank mounting hole of the eccentric bearing being rotatably coupled to the bearing seat rotatably inserted in the crank mounting hole, wherein the eccentric bearing changes the compression ratio by controlling a distance between the central axis and a combustion chamber according to driving condition of the vehicle.

摘要: A variable valve lift apparatus including an inner tappet, an outer tappet surrounding and slidably contacting the inner tappet, and a latching pin slidably inserted into the inner tappet so as to implement a high lift and a low lift by selectively joining the inner tappet and the outer tappet may include a stopper partially inserted into the outer tappet and spaced apart from the latching pin in a movement direction of the latching pin so as to limit movement of the latching pin, and forming a latching pin joining groove in the outer tappet to selectively receive the latching pin, wherein the stopper partially projects to the outside of the outer tappet and is slidably engaged to a cylinder head groove formed to a cylinder head bore to prevent the variable valve lift apparatus from being rotated.

摘要: A system for correcting turbo lag may include an engine provided with a plurality of cylinders, an intake manifold for supplying air to the plurality of cylinders, and an exhaust manifold for exhausting exhaust gas generated in the plurality of cylinders, an intake passage connected to the intake manifold so as to supply fresh air to the intake manifold, an exhaust passage connected to the exhaust manifold so as to exhaust the exhaust gas gathered in the exhaust manifold, a turbo charger provided with a turbine mounted at the exhaust manifold or the exhaust passage and rotated by the exhaust gas and a first compressor mounted at the intake passage and connected to the turbine so as to rotate with the turbine and compress the air of the intake passage, a bypass passage branching off at a first point of the intake passage and joining the intake passage at a second point of the intake passage downstream of the first point, a second compressor mounted at the bypass passage and compressing the air passing through the bypass passage, and driving means generating power for operating the second compressor and selectively supplying the power to the second compressor through a power delivery device, wherein the power delivery device comprises a plurality of pulleys, at least one of belts and shafts connecting each pulley to the second compressor, the driving means, or other pulley, and a tensioner maintaining tension of the belt.

摘要: A variable turbocharger including a turbine housing, a first scroll fluidly communicating with a turbine, a second scroll formed along an outside of the first scroll, wherein the first scroll and the second scroll are disposed within the turbine housing for exhaust gas to exhaust through the turbine, a partitioning unit for selectively separating the first scroll and the second scroll, and a a flux control valve disposed at the exhaust gas inflow portion and selectively coupled to the partitioning unit for blocking the exhaust gas from flowing into the second scroll. The variable turbocharger may prevent turbo lag at a low speed and be highly efficient at a high speed.
