    摘要: There is provided a power supply for an electrical device operable in active mode and in standby mode. The power supply comprises a transformer having a primary winding on the primary side and a secondary winding on the secondary side. The primary winding is connectable to an AC voltage supply and is arranged to comprise N turns when the electrical device is in active mode and more than N turns when the electrical device is in standby mode. Circuitry on the secondary side is arranged to provide an output voltage for the electrical device during active mode.

    摘要: A power supply (V1) for an electrical device comprising a transformer (X1) having primary and secondary windings. The primary winding is connectable to an AC voltage supply and circuitry on the secondary side is arranged to provide a DC output voltage for the electrical device. The power supply also comprises a switch (111—transistors Q1 & Q2) between the primary winding of the transformer and the AC supply, and a rectifier (Diode D6) for rectifying the AC voltage. The switch is arranged to switch on at some point as the rectified AC voltage increases, once it has reached a non-zero value, thereby providing a current flow through the primary winding and hence through the secondary winding when the switch (111—transistors Q1 & Q2) is switched off. The switch is further arranged to switch off before the rectified AC voltage starts to increase again.

The task cooperation processing method calculates an estimation time required for the processing of the acquired processing flow on the basis of the input information. If the calculated estimation time is longer than a designated time limit, the function settings of each task in the processing flow are changed to make the calculated estimation time become equal to or shorter than the time limit.

    摘要: There is provided a load detector for determining whether a load is connected to an AC-AC power supply. The power supply comprises a transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding, the primary winding being coupleable to an AC voltage supply via a switch, and the secondary winding being coupleable to a load. The load detector comprises a signal generator for generating a signal; a sensor for detecting the signal, the sensor being arranged to detect the signal if a load is coupled to the secondary winding and to not detect the signal if a load is not coupled to the secondary winding; and switch control circuitry coupled to the sensor and being arranged to keep the switch closed if the sensor is detecting the signal and to keep the switch open if the sensor is not detecting the signal. There is also provided an AC-AC power supply comprising such a load detector.

    摘要: The present amplifier circuit employing floating error-cancellation technique eradicates errors and distortions by canceling them out at the speaker terminal. The circuit utilizes reference, main power, and error suspension amplifiers. The reference amplifier is a small signal amplifier with unity or near unity gain. The main function of the buffer amplifier is to provide a reference signal to be used to isolate the error signal. The main power amplifier is an inverting power amplifier without negative feedback, and whose main function is amplify the audio signal. The error suspension amplifier is a non-inverting power amplifier whose function is amplify the isolated error signal and provide an error potential to a speaker terminal so that the error can be canceled out at the speaker load.
