摘要: This invention uses two sorts of wipers, the both-way rocking formula wiper 1 and the rotation formula wiper 4. The both-way rocking formula wiper is operated at the time of the usual rainfall, wipes away rain, and at the time of the rainfall which exceeds the limit of the eradication capability of the above-mentioned both-way rocking formula wiper, after stopping the above-mentioned both-way rocking formula wiper in a predetermined position, wiping rain away by operating a rotation formula wiper, and even when it rains violently in precipitation of 50 mm or more, a driver's field of view can be secured good.

摘要: There is provided an automatic focusing system which is used in a video camera or the like. A master lens is finely vibrated and moved by using a moving mechanism consisting of a stepping motor and a lead screw. A speed control circuit to set a moving speed of the master lens is provided. The moving speed of the master lens is set by an output signal of the speed control circuit and the master lens is moved by the moving mechanism. The moving speed of the master lens is optimally controlled and the out-of-step phenomenon in the stepping motor is eliminated. Since the master lens is accurately moved, the focusing operation is executed at a high accuracy. In addition, the influence by the unnecessary vibration (ringing) which is caused by the sudden change in moving speed of the master lens is eliminated. Therefore, since the master lens normally performs a predetermined micro vibration, the correct focusing can be accurately discriminated. Further, when a change in amount of the high frequency component of a video signal is large, since the moving speed of the master lens increases, the operating time until the correct focus is obtained is reduced.

摘要: A white balance adjusting device for a color video camera detects a color temperature detection signal R-B and a color information signal R+B-2Y from a video signal provided by the color video camera. A control signal generating means of the white balance adjusting device generates a control signal to drive a gate circuit when the level of the color information signal R+B-2Y is within a predetermined range of level. When the level of the color information signal is within the predetermined range of level, the gate circuit passes the color temperature detection signal R-B to apply the color detection signal R-B to a clipping circuit. The clipping circuit clips the amplitude of the color temperature detection signal R-B within a predetermined range of level. Chrominance signal gain control circuit for controlling the gains of chrominance signals R and B is controlled by the output of the clipping circuit for white balance adjustment.

摘要: A white balance adjusting device detects a change of color temperature for an illuminating light source from chrominance signals supplied from an image pickup device of a color video camera and controls gains of circuits of a chrominance signal processing circuit for processing red (R) signal and blue (B) signal in accordance with the detected signal to automatically adjust the white balance. The device has a circuit for generating a color temperature change detection signal from at least two different chrominance signals, a comparator/amplifier for amplifying a difference between the detection signal and a reference voltage, a tracking correction circuit to which the output of the comparator/amplifier is supplied and which produces two control signals, and gain control circuits for controlling gains for the red (R) signal and blue (B) signal in accordance with the two control signals. The color temperature change detection circuit, comparator/amplifier, tracking correction circuit and gain control circuits constitute a negative feedback loop.

摘要: A delayed AGC circuit in which an AGC detection output is divided into two portions, one of them is applied through buffer means to an IF amplification stage to thereby control the gain thereof, and the other portion is applied to a tuner through a threshold circuit to thereby control the gain thereof. A variable resistor or potentiometer for AGC delay adjustment and a high-frequency bypass device are connected at a point in the AGC signal path from the output of the buffer means to the IF amplification stage.

摘要: A ghost signal suppressing device comprises a circuit for suppressing the luminance signal of a ghost signal and a circuit for suppressing the color signal of the ghost signal. A delayed signal used for suppressing the ghost signal is produced at a single delay circuit and branched off to be used for both the suppressing circuits. The branched signals of the same delay time are individually adjusted in their amplitude and then subtracted from an original signal at the respective suppressing circuits.
