摘要: A film for optical parts exhibiting high transmittance of short-wavelength light on the order of 400 nm, low birefringence, and excellent flexibility in which warping can be prevented after use for a long term, and a coiled film laminate using the film for optical parts, and an optical parts and an optical discs. The film for optical parts is characterized by comprising a light transmitting layer principally comprising thermosetting resin where an integrated value of the ratio of loss modulus to storage modulus in a temperature range of 30° C. to 80° C. as determined by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement under a tensile stress mode at a frequency of 10 Hz with a heating rate of 3° C./min is 2 or more.

摘要: An ultrasonic distance measure includes: transmitting and receiving ultrasonic transducers 1, 2 with changeable resonant/resonance frequencies; a driving section 151 generating a frequency-modulated drive signal to drive the transducer 1 and transmit an ultrasonic wave; a transmitting control voltage generating section 152 for generating a control voltage to change the resonant/resonance frequency of the transducer 1 and applying it to the transducer 1 in transmitting the ultrasonic wave; a receiving control voltage generating section 153 for generating a control voltage to change the resonant/resonance frequency of the transducer 2 and applying it to the transducer 2 when a controllable amount of time delay has passed since the drive signal was generated; and a receiving section 154 for sensing the intensity of a signal received as the ultrasonic wave at the transducer 2. The ultrasonic wave is transmitted from the transducer 1 toward an object a number of times, reflected, and then received at the transducer 2 with the time delay changed. The distance measure calculates propagation time of the ultrasonic wave based on the time delay that makes the receiving section receive the ultrasonic wave as a signal with the highest intensity, and measures the object's distance based on the propagation time.

摘要: In order to superimpose and store optical fiber ribbons in a corresponding one of spiral grooves provided in the outer circumferential surface of a spacer, an optical fiber ribbon stranding device includes: a device for advancing the spacer straight while rotating the spacer around the center axis of the spacer, the advancing device being constituted by, for example, a tension giving device and a take-up device; a device for feeding a plurality of optical fiber ribbons; a guide die for guiding the optical fiber ribbons into the corresponding one of the spiral grooves; and an alignment keeping guide disposed upstream of the guide die. A rectangular hole is provided to extend through the alignment keeping guide, and the optical fiber ribbons are passed through and superimposed by the hole. The optical fiber ribbons kept in a superimposed state by the alignment keeping guide is introduced and accommodated into the corresponding one of the grooves of the spacer through the guide die.
