    摘要: The semiconductor device is integrated with a thin film resistor composed of a resistive thin film. A contact hole is covered with the resistive thin film through which electrical contact is made to a substrate or a gate electrode so as to facilitate formation of an inter-layer insulating film between the thin film resistor and a patterned metal film. Electrical connection is effected between the thin film resistor and the patterned metal film made of aluminium through an impurity-doped region of high density, or a pair of polysilicon layers are disposed on upper and lower faces of the thin film resistor. By such construction, excessive removal of the thin film resistor can be prevented, which would be otherwise caused due to overetching during the course of etching of an insulating film over the thin film transistor prior to the formation of the patterned aluminium film.

A bias circuit is connected to apply a given voltage to the terminal electrode to adjust the amount of capacitance according to the given voltage.

    摘要: A driving circuit for a brushless motor having a permanent-magnetic rotor is disclosed which is capable of positively carrying out starting of the motor and rapidly interrupting exciting current to protect the motor, when the rotor fails to rotate during the normal operation. The driving circuit includes transistor control circuits each including a capacitor, a PUT, and a capacitor charging circuit comprising a Zener diode and a resistor; and a resistor series circuit for flowing conductive signal current to a transistor switch which serves to supply current to exciting windings. The PUT is conductive to allow the transistor switch to be kept non-conductive when the capacitor is charged to a predetermined voltage.

A rotatable light shield moves to a shield position where the light shield is interposed between the second heater and the fixing rotator to shield the fixing rotator from the second heater. The second heater is disposed at a location where the light shield screens the second heater more readily than the first heater.
