摘要: There is provided an image processing method which can provide appropriate image property information in accordance with the operation mode, and can realize a more preferable image process by arbitrarily switching the priority of image property information to be added. To this end, image data which contains first image property information for each predetermined unit is input from a scanner (1002), and is segmented by a tile bus (1048). Each segmented data is compressed by a tile compression section (1047). Compressed image data is stored in a memory such as a RAM (1021) or the like. In this case, if the size of the compressed image data is equal to or larger than a predetermined size, image data excluding first image property information is stored. On the other hand, when second image property information is designated by a UI (1032) or CPU (1006), and image data is output to be printed by a printer (1003), the second image property information is set as image property information of image data expanded by an expansion section (1044) by an image property information substitution section (1058).

摘要: Stored digital data is searched for on the basis of an input image, difference information is extracted by comparing the retrieved digital data and the input image, and the difference information is composited to the digital data. Digital data generated by composition is stored. When no digital data is retrieved, the input image is converted into vector data, and the image that has been converted into the vector data is stored as digital data. Obtained region segmentation information and an input image are composited, the composite image is displayed on an operation screen of an MFP, and a rectangular block to be vectorized is designated as a specific region from the displayed region segmentation information. A user designates the specific region by designating rectangular blocks in an image using a pointing device.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an ink set which has a superior effect in suppressing gloss unevenness of printed images, and which thus makes it possible to obtain images that have a uniform gloss. The present invention achieves this object by providing an ink set comprising one or more color ink compositions containing a pigment as a coloring agent and a dispersing resin that is used to disperse this pigment, and one or more clear ink compositions which contain an aqueous polymer but which contain no coloring agent, wherein the dispersing resin and the aqueous polymer belong to a common category so that the 60° specular gloss (according to JIS Z 8741) of the printed images that are formed by the abovementioned color ink compositions and/or the abovementioned clear ink composition is substantially uniform.

摘要: In a fluid polishing method for processing a fine aperture by slurry 7, the slurry is supplied from a cylinder 2a in a slurry flow rate target process until the flow rate increases to a target value of a slurry feed flow rate. When the flow rate reaches the target flow-rate, the cylinder is stopped and switched to another cylinder 2b and the operation fluid flow rate of the fine aperture is thereafter measured. In a metering process, to be executed next, a necessary processing time is calculated on the basis of the operation fluid flow rate and polishing is carried out for a necessary processing time by another cylinder 2b. Another cylinder is then stopped and switched and the operation fluid flow rate is measured. In this way, the metering process is repeated until the operation fluid flow rate reaches a predetermined value. In each process, the supply of the slurry is not interrupted.

摘要: In a display device comprising an optical region containing a plurality of pigment grains utilized for wavelength selection, anti-reflection, improvement of the light emitting performance and the like, dyestuff molecules utilized for forming the pigment grains to be dissolved in a solvent in which the dyestuff molecules are insoluble originally are chemically modified, and then the solubility of the modified dyestuff molecules in the solvent is reduced by energy transfer thereto to aggregate the dyestuff molecules, so that grain sizes of pigment grains are suitably controlled for the optical region in accordance with its use.

摘要: An approach sensor 2 is provided to give a signal to a control device, that is, CPU 1, when the approach sensor 2 detects an operator approaching a region predetermined in consideration of a region where a ram 20 is driven. The CPU 1 is operated in response to the signal from the approach sensor 2 to turn a relay 6 off, thereby to intercept the power supply to a servo motor 8 from a power source, wherein the servo motor 8 is controlled to return the ram 20 to an operation point when an instruction is given from an operating device 4 to turn the relay 6 on to supply the power to the servo motor 8 from the power source.
