摘要:
A particulate selective hydrogenation catalyst for hydrogenating unsaturated diolefinic hydrocarbons to &agr;-olefinic hydrocarbons at rates which are at least 1.5 times higher than the rate of hydrogenation of &agr;-olefinic hydrocarbons to saturated compounds contains palladium distributed at the periphery of particles (spherules or extrudates), and at least one element selected from tin and lead. Further, the tin and/or lead is advantageously distributed at the periphery of the spherules or extrudates.
摘要:
A catalyst for hydrogenating aromatic compounds contained in feeds containing sulfur-containing compounds comprises platinum, palladium, fluorine and chlorine, on a support principally comprising alumina. This catalyst is of particular application to hydrogenating aromatic compounds with boiling points of more than 100° C. in hydrocarbon-containing feeds containing sulfur-containing compounds.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a capture mass comprising an essentially alumina-based extruded support, and constituted by a plurality of juxtaposed agglomerates, optionally at least one oxide or a sulphide of a metal constituted by copper, molybdenum, tungsten, iron, nickel or cobalt in which the sum S of metals from the group constituted by copper, molybdenum, tungsten, iron, nickel and cobalt is in the range 0 to 70% by weight, and characterized in that each of these agglomerates is present partly in the form of packs of flakes and partly in the form of needles being uniformly dispersed both around the packs of flakes and between the flakes. The invention also relates to its use in a fixed bed reactor to eliminate heavy metals from a hydrocarbon-containing feed.
摘要:
The invention concerns the preparation of a catalyst comprising a support containing at least one oxide of the element Si, Al, Ti, Zr, Sn, Zn, Mg or Ln (where Ln is a rare earth), cobalt, at least one element A selected from the group formed by ruthenium, platinum, palladium and uranium, and at least one element B selected from the group formed by molybdenum and tungsten, characterized in that it comprises at least the following successive steps: (1) formation of a precursor comprising at least cobalt and at least a portion of the support; (2) at least partial reduction of the precursor in the presence of at least one reducing compound; and (3) deposition of any part of compound present in the catalyst and not present in the precursor on the reduced precursor. The invention also concerns the use of the catalyst in a process for the synthesis of C.sub.5.sup.+ hydrocarbons from synthesis gas.
