摘要: An image forming apparatus is capable of accurately reading out a document without various data transmission between a document feeding section and a document reading section. The reading position setter sets a fresh document reading position (RP3) at a position where no foreign object (F) adheres. A shift distance calculator calculates a shift distance (Z) between an upstream-most reading position (RP2) and the refresh document reading position (RP3). A delay time calculator calculates delay time based on the calculated shift distance (Z). A start signal sender instructs the document reading section to start reading a document (P) when the leading end of the document (P) reaches the upstream-most reading position (RP2). An ASIC outputs the instruction to start reading the document to an A/D with a delay of the feed delay time found by the delay time calculator to instruct an image sensor to start reading the document (P).

摘要: The armature of a direct-current motor is formed by an armature core and armature coils. The core includes teeth, which are arranged at a pitch of a predetermined angle. The coils are wound about every group of selected teeth of a predetermined number. Two magnets face each other with the armature in between. Each magnet includes main portion, an extended portion, which extends from the main portion, and a first weak flux part. The first weak flux part is located in the vicinity of the border of the extended portion and the main portion. The first weak flux part extends along one pitch of the teeth. The flux of the first weak flux part gradually increases along the rotation direction of the armature. The motor also includes a commutator, which has segments. The segments are connected to each coil. A pair of brushes can contact each segment. The brushes supply current to the coils through the segments. During commutation, each brush establishes a short circuit in an adjacent pair of the segments, thereby changing the direction of current flowing through the coil. When commutation is started, the advancing end of the first tooth in one of the teeth groups, the first tooth being located at the most advanced position in the group in the rotation direction of the armature, is aligned with the first weak flux part of one of the magnets.

摘要: A method of measuring gas component Concentrations of special material gases for semiconductor, and a semiconductor equipment are provided. The method and apparatus can be incorporated in a gas pipe line system in an inline manner, and measure the component and concentration of a gas flowing through a gas pipe line or a gas with which the gas pipe line system is filled, thereby eliminating any erroneous connection. In the method of measuring gas component concentrations of special material gases for semiconductor, as means for attaining the objects, an infrared gas detector is disposed in a gas pipe line between a gas cylinder containing a special material gas for semiconductor and a semiconductor producing section, so that the gas component and concentration are measured in an inline manner. An apparatus for supplying special material gases for semiconductor is also provided. In the apparatus, a monitor for monitoring a gas component, a concentration, a flow rate, and the like is incorporated in a gas pipe line system from a gas cylinder storing room to a semiconductor equipment, so that any accident such-as erroneous connection, erroneous piping, or erroneous exchange is prevented from occurring. As means for attaining the object, a massflow controller is disposed in each of pipe lines connected to a plurality of gas cylinders containing special material gases for semiconductor, and an infrared gas sensor functioning as an inline gas monitor is disposed in a pipe line between a junction point of the pipe lines and the semiconductor equipment. The massflow controllers and the infrared gas detector are connected to a control apparatus for the apparatus for supplying gases for semiconductor, and the respective output signals are checked. The supply of the gases is controlled in accordance with the agreement or disagreement of the signals.

摘要: An electrolytic solution prepared by dissolving an electrolyte such as KOH in pure water is fed into a membrane electrolytic cell of a membrane electrolyzer membrane electrolysis, made while the membrane electrolytic cell is provided intermittently or continuously with pure water. Oxygen generated at the anode and hydrogen generated at the cathode are purified individually by purifiers to produce oxygen and hydrogen of high purity. Also disclosed are methods of producing oxygen and hydrogen of high purity and their corresponding apparatuses in which a membrane degassing module is employed in conjunction with a solid polymer electrolyte electrolytic cell for effecting membrane electrolysis of the pure water, and in conjunction with a molecular sieve for individually dehumidifying oxygen generated at the anode and hydrogen at the cathode of the electrolytic cell.

摘要: A paper conveying device overruns a document from a stop position and then, switches the document back so that the end of the document collies with a document abutting member provided in the stop position. 摘要: Disclosed is a polypropylene resin composition which is superior in mechanical strength and affords molded articles having good appearance which comprises (A) a crystalline polypropylene, (B) a polypropylene modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an acid anhydride thereof, and (C) a zinc oxide whiskers. When the composition additionally contains an inorganic filler such as glass fibers, molded articles further improved in appearance can be obtained. The zinc oxide whiskers preferably have a tetrapod type crystal structure.
